MOneYMiKe- if deep you mean me wanting to spread some seeds around then hell yeah, i still wanna do it honestly. dont ge tme wrong, but i believe that if you are gonna do anything for anyone, start with home first! so im tryin to bless the cats i know that are around me!! ,i understand about the whole global thing, but i wanna smell the SSH smoke, other than my own, so "I" can say, " i could have helped that cat" and beside3s a a grower thats a good feeling when your shits in the right place (heart and mind) you know?!

background story: when i first gave him a sample, i told him to just try it out and tell me wat you think, i told him about it is good now, but it needs to cure some more and it will smoke they proper way. . . so i he gets back to me and stells me how it was good but it didnt have any "pop", and i told him that SSH is not supposed to make you pop, its a couchlock (ok ok ok ok fine i did let it go a lil longer and passed the cerebral high, i admit that) but he gets a 20 from me last night and then wants to know if ill be back on tonight so he could get another. . . the irony there is just too much fo rme to stand, but whish me luck.

i dont know about anyone else, but due to my recent grow i had to take a break and put my mind on pause so i could enjoy my own homegrown, hence my sebatical from posting here on my beloved site/thread.
i passed most of it out as i said i would and everyone gave me rave reviews, as i told everyone i passsed it out to, to not only enjoy it but let me know how it was and it was thumbs up all the way. Although i had one bad review from my pop but i really didnt count his opinion cause he doesnt smoke (smoked weed once or twice in the far past) and told me that if it doesnt get him high in the first five minutes it cant really do anything for him, i took it with a grain of salt, since he is not a smoker or advocate of the ganj at all.
i went and got a specific bong just to smoke this stuff out of aswell as you can see here.
i like to keep different tubes/pieces from different bongs/pipes from over the years, so i can mix and match different pieces and even make my own pipes once i find a nice vase or something. its always the same no matter what store we go into, i pick it up, the wife looks and asks why i have it, i look over with teh cheshier cat grin and she knows the deal, she tolls here eyes ad we keep it movin' !!! its so funny to see, if you know whats going on! lol
it was sweet, smooth and it burned down to a nice white ashe once bowls were taxed. i had one friend over and he took one hit and was good for the night. it was good time too. it was kinda like acouples night, we laughed jokes , playes pool, my wife and his drank wine, and cheated thier asses off at pool, but he and i were so high, it didint even matter.
well my next project was gong to be an elaborate /hellacious closet so i could hold a crap oa of plants, but that has definitely changed due to teh responses i got. i actually have people asking me how long the next batch is gonna take, and that was kinda like a mark in time for me, and let me know that yes i am a true grower, and i am proud of that fact. there are coutnles others that want me to teach them them how to do it as far away as minnesota! that can only make one feel even better as a grower.
i had one friend spread teh word to others and i didnt even know she did that!! not to say that its a bad thing, but man, you cant start a good thing and then go cold turkey, if i would have known i would have told here to not spread teh word but let everyone get a taste to know whats to come

so my plans now are to build a 4x4x7/ dual 600HPS/MH flowering closet and turn my existing flowering closet into a veg/clone/mom station of sorts. that build is more my speed and i can do all the things i wanted to do the first time to make those plants bushy and bud filled and with my new reviews, i gotta keep her comin!!! i wanna go big, but i dont need to get crazy, and i thougth about all the things i wanted to do and yeah i was pretty out there.
ok people, i am gonna be back in action and there is gonna be another ride to go on, hopefully i can grow even more this time, in more ways than one!!!

as far as the beans go, my guess is that they must have came from greenhouse seeds. i did and extensive search, not just here but from other growers/other sites that gre out both the mr.nice pheno and the greenhouse pheno, and mine seem to be closer to the green house pheno.
i am on my way to HD now to see about some fittings and other nuts and bolts i may need for this closet. i wanna take my time on this one since its gonna be something i can put up but also break down with ease. i also wanted to make this another tutorial and everything for those that may have the room in their homes to grow , but dont wanna grow that much and need to "knock up" a quick space to grow in.
i have the parts but i haven’t begun to put together my DIY cooltube yet. i used the version where you use a hurricane glass tube, but its the concave one, and its a BITCH to get those ends pieces to stay on. i wanna do something that take a lil less tape!! lol
everything is on the drawing board, but things are starting to warm up so pics should be coming soon within the next couple of months. If anything I may come back with a hydro grow, I am currently working with someone that had a bad hydro grow op experience and wanted to get things started on his own, so I am in talks with him as well, if hes cool with is we may get that up as a thread as well.
wiring/ closet construct/organic soil mix/ parts and accessories, everything will be in this one and best part of it all , it will be stuff you can get from your local homedepot or lowes, so your not stranded having to "order things offline", lessens your trips to the grow shop, and inevitably puts/ keeps more loot in your pockets, providing you have the right tools already. and hell even if you don’t you can always rent the stuff you need to get the job done.
I was thinking about what else i could contribute but who knows, most people on here are gurus and so many bases have been covered by others that trying to add anything seems mundane, but hey if its inspirational then that’s what it is, and who am I to deny anyone inspiration? and lord knows i woud want every and anyone to be able to smoke teh way i did and pitch a lil if need be, that was a good time and i was sorry to see it end with that last puff on the blunt i rolled

so this has been my last venture in between designing my new closet, teh production of honey oil by way of denatured alcohol.
this is pretty much the setup i had, the original instructions tell you to get a skillet for heating but i got a griddle instead, mainly becuase it wqas cheaper, but i like the versatility of it incase i need to do something where i would be better off without the sides of a skillet. the pyrex pan and a regular metal pan to hole the water used for heating the pyrex
all the shake/ trim i had left, the denatured alcohol and containers i used for the shake/trim bath. ii also used two razor blaeds in order to scrape everything together
so heres what i got from everything,
it was kind of annoying at first with the oil because it solidifies so quickly but the slightest amount amount of heat and it liquifies
well like i said waste not want not, and i id say at some point in time i would love to make honey oil so that i could benefit from everything the plant has to offer. that shit was GREAT!!! its so amazing to me what this plant has to offer!!!
smoking teh oil is a true pleasure man, i mean its smooth, there isnt that "burnt" smell that is associated with the regular cannbis or smoking the plant matter, and it smelled like an incense version of what the plant smelled like when it was going into its final stages f flwoering, or when it was at its height of flowering, . i smoked some in teh first tie by its self out of my favorite spoon and thats when i really got to taste just the oil. OMG!!! I SWEAR TO ALL THE GANJA GODS AND CANNABIS QUEENS IN THE UNIVERSE THAT I WILL NEVER THROW MY LEAVES/ TRIM/ AND STEMS AWAY WITHOUT PROCESSING THEM FIRST FOR THE OIL!!! my boy that i was with , he said that is smelled like coconuts

man i am so glad you added those pics to my diary its not a game when i say thank you philly!!! now i have to ask you since you came thorugh, i didnt let mine go the 11 weeks like greenhouse suggested, will you or do you watch the trichs and let them tall you? and honestly , i have two microscopes and wasnt able to tell whether or not the trichs turned any type of amber, they turned amber near some leaves that were going bad but thats about it.
i just blazed on some of the hoeny oil and realized i was letting half the damned oil go through the screen and into the pipe!!! so now i gotta boil it in hot water to get it out . . .damn!

Yes I use the hand held radio shack micro scope, can be frustrating at times to use and is really hard to use under or near HPS lighting, but it does work gems for me after a few minutes of frustration. Now I try and let most of the trichs turn 40%-60% cloudy with %20 being amber; for me with most strains this signals the best time for the strongest high I can get out of strain without degredation beginning. I really do like to let the ladies go till they are finished though and these do look to be 70-77dayers (10-11weeks). Very heartfelt diary you have, I have been tuned in since the beginning and just wanted to chime in bro, keep it green and much respect to the west indies.

well here is a pic of the filter i redid. it looks more sleek and i found some filter fabric from 3M at hoemdepot, and used that to line the core of teh filter and the inside of the outshell. a lil spray adhesive an viola!! instant carbon scrubber. im gonna put up the directions/ supplies needed and the how to when i get more carbon for the filter i amd putting together for the veg/ mom closet. cant find a pic of the old one right now, but the difference is the new one is alot lighter and has more carbon in it
here are the dimentions as far as how long everything is (firs tpic is of the length of teh whole thing, second is teh total length of the filter itsself, and the third is teh actual amount of surface area that the air will pass over/through)
thsi is the filter i am getting together for teh veg/clone cab that was once my flowering cab. i gotta attach one of those fans to the end of it. there is a connector already up inteh closet but i have to take it down and attach everything together so it can go up as one unit.
this is the core and the outershell raw. its about a foot long and the core is about 10 inches long, the inside is gonna give me about 1-1/2 of space to put carbon in!!
and the peat plugs i got from home depot, i didnt see the one for $20 like someone on here mentioned b4, but im gettin things ready baby. this run its gonna be the SSH and the NYCD. new cab should hold about 16 comfortably so that gives me 8 and 8 of each, should be nice. i mixed some super tea and molasses and soaked the plugs in that to expand them, gotta give the babies a good start right!?

well i finally got the old flower closet converted ino a veg cloet now. i got the second shelf put up and now i have to mount the carbon scrubber onto the fan and mount the fan onto the outlet
im still going over the flower closet design though. its gonna take me some time, but i wanna do things right and besides, i want to be able to take this thing down and take it with me if i have to, so the planning is taking me some time. i cant just "slap a cab" together.
i still have to test my cool tube though, if its doesnt spread enoug hihgt then im gonna have to take it apart and maybe shorten the sheet metal a lil. i can afford to cut about a 1/2" off either side. that new air nibbler i bought makes things so much easier!! but then again i am thinking about not worrying bout cooling it since it will be in such bigger space, i can , use my old reflector, cut it down a bit on the sides, tighten up the angles , put a fan on it to cool it.
