i refrained from updating sooner because i didn't see much of a day to day change in the buds, but after looking at them now at day 45 (these pics are from day 43), i do see how they have matured
powdery mildew is a huge bitch. luckily its stayed only on the leaves, which i hope it will continue to do.

My friend is growing some White Widow from sr-71. they have a long time to go, but are super dank already:
heres a close up of my rosebud kush, which looks like it will go on much longer than my hindus:
and, a medium sized hindu bud. lookin pretty dank, i must say:

first ill start with this pic of my rosebudkush from a few days ago. it still has mostly white hairs and will be going for probably another week. she is so resinous right now!
heres some hindu buds before drying:
i've only been able to cut and manicure the biggest buds of less than half the plants so far. i'd say im about 1/4 done. heres whats in my closet right now:
i'll be dissapointed if i have less than a pound after all is dried
next update soon

wow man those are some fat nugs...and if you're only approx. a 1/4 done, I'd say you have pretty close to a lb, great job...hopefully mine goes as well, lol
how many plants total is that harvest? and did you also harvest the rosebud yet or are you letting it flower for longer?

i have 15 hindu skunks, 1 rosebud, and 1 bubbleberry. The rosebud is still flowering and probably will be for another week., i want to make sure she is prime smoke, as ill probably be smoking her buds mainly. the bubbleberry is a plant which i have not talked about in this thread much. she was pretty disappointing. the buds are still growing but theyre incredibly small and the plant is very weak. the buds aren't nearly as big and berry smelling as my friends bubblegum.
as far as your grow goes...i would recommend that you go organic. this is my 2nd and last grow with synthetic nutrients. I have read up on organics and it seems like theyre easier and yield better bud....you should try something like the moonshine mix which only requires that you water your plants with plain water. theres a link to it in the organic soil thread. My first grow was not very successful only because i fucked up on nutes...so if you just do some reading im sure your grow will be just as good or better than this one

Yeah, with my grow, I'm actually using synthetics unfortunately. Starting out I'm using Scott's soil, but plan on switching to Ocean Forest for the next transplant. I also plan on using Grow Big and Big Bloom for veg and flower stages.
This will be my second grow. Had one about 5 years ago, and Fox Farm products were all the rage back then, so I'm still kinda stuck on that. I've always wanted to grow organic or even DFW but I figured I'm just getting back into it and I'll just go the easy route for the next 2 or 3 grows. Organics have always intrigued me but to study all the information that I need to know to be comfortable doing that will take some time.

The bubbleberry sounds really good, it's a shame you got a bad pheno. How much do you think you will yield with the POG?

well it turns out the bubbleberry is shitty because....it somehow got knocked up and is full of growing seeds! i mean, completely saturated from head to toe with seeds, and hardly any bud. its super weird because theres no nanners on it, and none of my other plants right next to it have any signs of seed production....... my friends grow which is about 5 feet away in another closet looks to be affected as well. one of his bubblegum is growing several seeds. i've been looking all day for the hermie, but i havnt found one! hopefully my rosebud hasnt been affected by this fiasco haha.
