Well, offenses involving marijuana (small amounts) are already treated with a simple fine in some states, including mine. So his statement reads as if he disagrees with that. Simply put, Obama does not believe in legalization, and he also does not believe in simple fines for marijuana related offenses, which is how the situation is already in certain states, so fuck him.

Don't think that anybody owns racism or that it is exclusive to just one side. They were reporting on the news about how certain black lawmakers or super delegates were being pressured to switch sides over to Obama. There's white racists around, but there's also quite a few black racists also.

Yes, I've never claimed that any other viable candidate is any better when it comes to cannabis legalization, they all suck in my opinion, and that's why legalization is not a big issue for me among the candidates. It's not as if you're voting for any real change by voting for

ron paul doesn't fit into this category and has been fighting it for over 20 years. he's against id cards, the irs, high taxes, poor government controlled healthcare, the american empire costing trillions of dollars overseas and he's against the ever growing amount of control the government has over our lives.
he's a strict consitutionalist and represents low spending low taxes free markets personal liberty and responsibility, non-interventionism etc.
