you know, i was thinking. i know dangerous. lol. maybe this should be in the security forum but, hmm, is it possible for leo to be actually growing this stuff to entrap small time personal growers? after all .. it's an illegal activity. can leo engage in an illegal activity to bust others? you can get authorization to drink up to 2 beers during undercover in a bar, sure. i read about that. nyc shootings! but smoke pot, NO. smoke that fake pot (burns like pot, smells like pot), YES. but once YOU smoke it, you'll know that shit ain't pot. and you'd know you're being set up. make sure you take a toke of your new buddies weed
but grow weed? definately not. university can't even get permits to grow weed for testing, how is a local task force going to get that kind of permission? sure guys .. grow some plants to snag some small time personal growers! signed, chief of police. i don't think so. it's possible a grow might be busted and some images uploaded from that, but don't you think old images would just get stale, or you'd see repeats. you can kinda tell what's real deal and what's not, just follow gut feelings. a good lawyer really could question their tactics if they were to grow weed just to get you, and really throw a case. even using an informant thats growing weed can probably be punched up on character of the witness. i don't think they'd be able to obtain the funding involved in such an intricate operation, with a pay off that's "yeah we got him, 4 plants and all." lol. joke of the department. i mean sure, there's probably some big time growers on this site, 100 plants+ commercial, but local personal people, worth the time and money? we sure took that baddie off the streets, he won't be smoking his own shit and harming nobody else for a long time. lol.
besides, nobody's going to jail for a few plants, as long as you're not a super criminal in the first place with a huge record. other then that, most likely you'd just take that get out of jail free conditional discharge (nj, not sure about pa). just make sure you have $5000 for a retainer at the drop of a hat if needed. and i think you'd be ok about not see'n jail, unless they have a real vendetta against you.
so if jersey is a real leo, i think he's working the wrong crowd here, and wasting time and money. does anyone else here feel that someone in this thread is the head of an MJ cartel. lol. that's my gut. i think they should be working on busting the meth labs, coke importers, heroin importers and their dealers, that crap really fucks people up if they abuse it. i've seen it happen first hand. mostly heroin was the culprit-and instead of throwing them in jail, put em in rehab. that's where they need to be. they need to get better, not treated like a criminal. jail doesn't work. and believe it or not, theres studies that suggest daily mj smokers would rather smoke mj then take the other drugs. the addict will only go after the harder drugs, when there's no mj left to smoke.
