Maybe, I'll try 2 then, I'll pick the best looking 2 before flowering, which will be pretty soon.

My opinion, top them now, get some ventilation in there, start flowering them in a week. When you see how many males/females you got, pull the males and keep them fems growing with a nice bit of LST.

If you're planning on feeding them, which i would certainly suggest, don't feed them for the last 2 weeks, otherwise your weed will taste crap, harsh and won't burn properly.

They don't even have their second set of leaves, if I top them now they wouldn't have any leaves.

EDIT: I just moved everything back into my room. I topped the most stretched one, after looking at that thread, and put the top into some soil, just to try a simple cloning. I also killed off the messed up looking one, because all it had done was stretch, a lot. When I pulled it out of it's little cup, the main root was already about 2 inches long, so I'm guess that's the same for the other 3 live plants.

I need to know would putting the plants back to 18/6 after 2 days of getting 8 hours of light ?

Should I just put them into 12/12 ?

Be careful using that cooler, it may trap the heat and fry your girls. Make sure you have adequate ventilation.

P.S. Its not really cool to grow on someone’s property (ie: your parents) If you get busted they could lose the house

The only person who could bust me would be my parents, or my sister, who would tell my parents. We own the house, and no one ever really comes here, so it seemed like it would work out. I'm only trying to do this grow to learn the strain I have a little bit, before I plant them outside next year. I decided to not use the cooler, I just put everything back how it was, I have the time set for 12/12. After I find the male and females I'm going to take "flowering clones" and flower those. One of the clones I take I will put into veg again, and use it for clones in the spring, or probably just find a new female, for spring.

ZOZO, Be careful with growing in your parents pad! I dont know you, or your parents and how the cannabis is viewed by the parental units/sis. Does your sister snoop... EVER? If the answer is yes then if nothing else I would set up a lock for the setup.

My dad actually said he didn't care if I smoked weed, but my mom still doesn't like it. I don't think my sister snoops, except I'm pretty sure she stole my eye drops a while ago.

I'll put a lock on it if I can, but that would involve putting a hinge on it too, so you couldn't peak into it.

Here's pics of the 2 I kept. I have 5 seeds in germ now, that I will do 12/12 with from seed.

#2 ^^^

#3 ^^^

Both of them ^^^

How the lights are, 1 150 watt socket, with Y adapters ^^^
I like this pic because it shows the difference in the spectrums very well.

Grow is going well so far:):):) Not much stress it looks like, so keep at it green thumb!
So how is the air system working in it now?
Keep it green, keep it safe and keep it real.
Peace,

Alright, I'm putting them back to 18/6 today, and I might be able to get a computer fan. The larger one is (#2) is definitely growing faster that the smaller one (#3). Both of them have 2 little leaves growing out of the center. They seem to be doing really good.

Would it be alright if I set them in a window sill, for a few hours a day ?
It seems like having them under some natural light would be better than CFL's.

I moved my grow chamber into my closet, from the center of my room. I also drill the passive intake holes.

Can I use some rooting hormone when I water my plants next ? It's 3-10-4, and says it's good for strong root growth. It says 1/2 cup per gallon of water. How much should I use, if I can use it ?

DO NOT USE HALF CUP PER GALLON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this will KILL your plants!!!!
Please reread and reread the label cause I am sure it does not say such! Most growers use 3-4 tablespoons of fertilizer, but always start off with 1 tbs per gallon. Work your way from there {marijuana is a weed that strives in the most baron of locations} it does not NEED ferts, but they do prevent it from getting deficiencies/ grow at a faster rate.

I checked the label again, it said a half CAP, or 3 1/2 tablespoons per gallon. So I should do about a table spoon, or less ?

Thanks for catching that, I would have fried my plants.

Ya I saw it and my heart skipped... ZOZO, don't scare me like that!
I was darn near close to dead on the money with my guess too lol. Yes, I would start with about a tablespoon per gallon. Here comes the "fancy" pot talk but make sure your water is PH'ed. Over the past 2 months of my plants growth, I can honestly tell you that when my PH is 6, they grow fast but when I use tap water with the ph around 7 I notice deficiencies beginning (aka nutrient lockout). Now I dont bat an eye when I take a minute to check my PH, then I add 6 drops of acid(for my areas water nine times of ten). It is a minute that has my plants growing faster round the clock. Pick up a dropper kit. It is simple and only 7-8 bucks. Nothing fancy, but it works. You will not regret it.

Could I pick those up at a gardening store, I live in a small town, and we don't have much. I also can't order anything online until February, sent to a friend house, when he moves out of his parents.

I'm off to water, there cups are light again.

How often will I be able to use this ?

4:20, but I'm left with no bud. =[

PH testing is simple and can be picked up at ANY gardening store. My kit took 3ml water and I dropped 3 drops of the PH test solution in. It will change color according to PH. PH is the alkalinity, with 7.0 being neutral. MJ plants thrive on 5.8-6.8 and this also depends on your setup/plants preferences, but is a good starting point. Ph is adjusted with an acid or a basic liquid. Acid(cheap acid is white vinegar) brings the PH down, and you can adjust the PH up with a basic solution (baking soda is a cheap basic material)
I would suggest reading the nutrient solution/straight water and PHing it to 6. Then measure your run-off(water that drips out bottom) and see if the ph is rising or falling in the soil. Then adjust your water's PH accordingly for the next feed.
Sorry to hear of a dry 4;20 for ya. I too just ran out of my stash, so in the morn it is off to the buddies house lol.
