Chopping this reversed ECSD tomorrow. Also, the last two pictures are of my loompa’s headband that I dusted about six days ago with the sour reversal pollen. Notice the pistols are starting to change color and I think they receive the pollen, View attachment 18944691 View attachment 18944692 boys! Would you be able to share some of that pollen? I have sour d weasel, and notso cut at the moment and would like something to hit it with. I will of course send you some beans in return and maybe we can trade for some of that ecsd s1 you make????

Heads up , dust your Females 5-10 x as much than normal with the Reversed pollen as Diesel pollen is very sterile.
From your pic of pollinated bud you need to dust it many more times to have that whole flower site pollinated.
I would keep your reversed plant going dusting bud sites everyday until all pistils have oranged or die back like the few pistils you posted have

Yes I have noticed that some plants I reversed even though pollen was nice a yellow did not make as many seeds I I thought it would. Compared to others that I have I dusted one time and rained out beans. Just hope he has some to spare.

Thank you man I appreciate that. I initially dusted them seven days ago, and I was literally scooping the paint brush into the pile of pollen, and just dumping little piles of pollen on each bud site and I did reapply five days after the first pollination. I honestly thought I went a bit overkill but then I remembered that I hear it’s sterile so I did re-pollinate.

Would you say follow these guidelines with any reversed plant or just diesel as it's known to throw a lot of sterile pollen?
Do you know what creates sterile pollen?

Have to wait and see. The Albany I ran out is stronger than the JayP I did but they were on different runs and different nutes. Also both not taken too long, I'd say 65 or there abouts, but I dont always keep track.

LED is about 9w and both ran side by side same nutes same everything. HPS are side by side same nutes but JP was a bit larger when I put them in, they are at 5w and really they are just starting to terp up. JP is def more vigorous and one of my quickest to root. JP puts out thats for sure, longer fuller colas.

With Diesel Reversals I dust pollen ever 3 days to same branches until the branch has shown 80% signs of pollination ( pistils die back and orange)
You can't dust to much, won't have any negative effects.

No not all Reversals, Diesel the smallest viable pollen producer from any clone I've Reversed, and after 2 Diesel projects producing less than 5% normal seed count I started dusting Diesel projects every 3 days and still get way less than normal ( probably 50% less)

Some clones dump pollen like a normal Male

Multple males seems to be an idea and maybe different spraying regiment for each? I havent tried again.

Have you pressed it?
Does it put out a lot of rosin\resin\oil(whatever people call it these days)?
I heard on a potcast sour diesel has a high return for oil. I think tom said it but didn't specify if it's a certain cut or SD in general. Pretty sure he was just talking broadly...

Kind of sounds like open pollination - use as many males as possible to keep things open. But I think it's more just trying to get as much pollen flying as possible as reversing seems like a genetic bottle neck depending what you're hitting with pollen ofc but either way the reversed plant is likely bottlenecked.

When I press the AJ I get about 50% return compared to GMO… which is pretty good considering GMO is a hash unicorn.

Bubba Kush gave me practically no rosin at all.

Working on upgrading my camera so apologies for the poor images, but here’s my Cloney cut 1 week after flip. Organic living soil thus far with minimal inputs but considering moving to Jacks for the remainder of flower. Been having to supplement Alaskan Fish Emulsion on top of the dry amendments just to keep her green.

LIGHTING
- 2x 150w Mars Hydro LED (about to be moved to 10x10 under 480w Mars Hydro FC-E4800)

MEDIA
- Pro Mix HP
- Earth Worm Castings

NUTRIENTS
- Gaia Green Dry Amendments (4-4-4 & 2-8-4)
- RAW Silica
- Cal-Mag
- Alaskan Fish Emulsion
- Recharge (Bi-Weekly)

If you got a pile of pollen thats a great sign. I didnt get any pollen dust from 2 tries.

You've got same yellowing as I did at flip. I would try to foliar feed at 5.8ph 50% strength nutrients until flowers form, I wouldnt use that gaia on it though. A one part salt fert is suggested for this not organics. She'll really start to yellow out on you if you don't grab the reins.
