Funny as it is many growers that i know are staying in the business solely on their exports to MI leading me to believe that there is still a market for premium bud there regardless of the dispensary race to the bottom.
Standing in the parking lot of my space the Detroit skyline is within view FWIW.
Back in the late 90's i had some nice young Mexican fellows bring in a half dozen different types of city street lights with the request of how to wire them 120V.
This was before the whole cartel deal blew up so me being a bit of an antisocial shithead i wired them up and explained wire temperature ratings and such to them and sent them on their way.
They actually came back a few times and made it well worth my while much to my surprise.
Flash forward a couple of years and i see them on the news. They were allegedly taking over low rise apartment buildings and shoveling in dirt and lighting with stolen street lights to the tune of multi millions of dollars....
