Ask Jungle Boys how legalisation is working out over there. Their store just got raided by feds, all stock taken.
All that nice money they've paid for licences etc, and all the tax.. Just funds for the feds to go after people even harder than when it was illegal.
End prohibition. We dont need legalisation we need cannabis to be unpprohibited like all other plants.

It wasn't a bust, it was a tax raid. The state tax people said they were late paying their taxes. Cannabis businesses aren't allowed to use the banking system so they're forced to use cash only. So they get robbed frequently, by the cops and by the robbers.

a business is not allowed to use a bank account? that is no way to run a business in this century, or the last few for that matter. What kind of a logic is suppose to be behind this? Makes no sense to me

BAD NEWS! According to an online article it may take another 2-4 years for weed to be legal in Germany.

Things are looking better in Europe these days. It's always been quite relaxed in Holland. Spain looks a lot better than it did. Portugal are fairly accepting. Malta have turned a corner and Germany are not far off. The UK trailed decriminalisation but it started to look like Holland 30 years ago. Apples are not illegal, but you don't see an illegal barrow on every corner. There was a quick turn-around on that bit of freedom. Boris's advisors are not against the idea, but it's not up for debate right now. There just isn't time.

You can probably get away with it in Germany now, but the law is still there for antisocial behaviour. Few courts are going to punish someone minding their own business, when it's going to be legal soon. A position often given by UK law enforcement

Never underestimate the german attitude - it´s illegal so it WILL be punished!

if those are legal shipments they will be destined for pharmacies only.

Great news for Germany. The drug commissioner Burkhard Blienert, which will attend the community event Hanfparade at 13th of August 2022 told the newspapers, that they want to start the process of making the laws for legalisation of Cannabis for adults in the 2nd half of 2022.

Here we have a video from the justice minister Dr. Buschmann, who tells us in the German Bundestag, that they expect sales for the first Cannabis joints in 2022:

This is a tweet from SPD party, which is the largest party of the german coalition: who also says they want to have the first draft in 2022. "The goal of #legalization is to completely dry up the black market"

More infos in Germany: https://twitter.com/hanfparade - yearly traditional march for cannabis in august in Berlin, Germanys capital

Will take some more time i think... I'm from germany. Smoking/vaping for over 20 years now, growing my own for about 11 years. And even if this will be coming, i hope they will decriminalize growing at home too(a few plants). This will be the only right way! I will always grow my own, even if i can by it around the corner. Of course i will go shopping from time to time. 🤤

Thank you america!(y)

I looked it up and they or some politicians say that it won´t be possible until 2024 at the earliest. As usual they´re making it all too complicated. Things like how much THC will be allowed and quality control etc :(
If they would only allow people to grow their own at home!! this would solve so many problems such as will there be enough available for the shops etc ...

If Canada is any example, you must have a majority government (or a coalition) that needs legalization to get re-elected. Unless they are shopping for votes, they will just dither and talk endlessly. And when (or if) they do, it will be over-regulated, over-taxed and most of it will be poor quality.

I just checked up on this issue and basically the result so far is: they´re still talking about it. surprise , surprise.
they´re planning `controlled´ sales in licensed shops.
German politicians want the canadian model. Ignoring the fact that there is a lot of things wrong with it and many people are complaning about it :(
Growing at home of personal use will still be illegal. bastards but hey, what can you expect from an*lly retentive politicians who secretly do other drugs :(
They´re suggesting that 2024 may be the date. before they said 2022-2023

LOL a lot of people are whining that Canada legalized cannabis most of them are narcs and a few who profited from it being illegal. Trudeau admitted to smoking cannabis even before he legalized it.
FYI did you know you can grow 1 kilo of bud with just four plants and 800 watts of hid lighting? Yup you can! Three times a year, ain't legalization a bitch oh wait sorry that's KARMA.

I heard that the few legal growers in canada simply cannot produce enough to meet demands.
And I´m sure that even half smokable bud (or less than half, lol) in germany will be more expensive than illegal pot ( which was also sh*t when I tried it) I did read an article about this as well some time ago. They want to tax it of course etc.

The selves are full check it out:
There's an ounce for less then 100 cnd and thousands of products to choose from just click the link. You can also have your cannabis delivered to your house for a flat fee of five bucks in town. All legal for those who live in BC Canada!
BTW yes cannabis and the people who work in the trade are taxed in Canada, helping to pay for our universal health care rather then going into the pockets of criminals.

no, it won´t sadly. The irony is that the police were alarmed because of something totally different which had nothing to do with weed or drugs. It was just a big fight or something. they were not growers just drug dealers with illegal guns.
What the plurry hell do you mean: "... sadly"? What sort of middle class conservative musing is that?

Without criminals we would not have the Law. The very Law that protects you and I from people like Donald Trump and Hempy McNoodle.

I say good for you, criminals. (Fer chrissake, I'm a criminal for growing dope!)

So the Law sometimes mistakes its backside for the future but nothing's perfect!

In the old days middle class musers like you would be shot by outlaws who haven't progressed beyond the lawless days of the wild west ...

(edit: oops, I mixed a metaphor ...)
