Milled hemp seed - chia seeds - golden linseed - sunflower seeds - pumpkin seeds - brown flax seeds - jumbo Chilean 'flame' raisins and walnuts - cooked with organic Irish porridge oats with half/half water and full cream milk - sweeten with honey and/or stevia - with a touch of Himalayan pink salt - makes an excellent and VERY nutritious breakfast for me - and the kids/wife -

i like steel cut oats - 1/3 cup McCann's irish - made with banana, red pear, raisins, blueberries, cinnamon, salt - with four fried eggs on top for the protein. one or two days a week.

microdose with psilocybin + lions mane - 0.1g each in my coffee - on workout days. for neuro regeneration.

my latest discovery is making a lemon pure' out of WHOLE LEMONS - then using it with warm water to make a delicious drink - you could also add fresh ginger - turmeric - and peppercorns - and even stevia - if you like it sweeter - amongst other things -

Dr Eric Berg describes the technicalities of why its a good idea -

Amazing Benefits of Eating WHOLE Lemons - Peel, White Part and Seeds - YouTube

Had a Myers lemon tree with the most massive lemons on it next door, sadly they cut it down, but am still blessed to have regular lemons,
and Key limes growing nearby.
Love lemonade with hot pepper extract added to it.

Dandelion wine...I have heard about it :D

Most lawns these days have horrible scotts turf builder and round-up etc

This place is all organic and been there forever....If you need anything

Mountain Rose herbs

https://mountainroseherbs.com/search-results-page?q=dandelion+

Dandelion root is tasty also like coffee almost but would go well with the mushrooms or the cacao

Well if they have dandelions in the lawn they aren't using weed killers. 😉

This was an interesting listen for me.

I would add that sending in a poo sample for an extensive analysis can reveal a bunch of health concerns. I found out that i'm completely missing several important digestive enzymes and important gut bacteria. That good stuff that you eat cannot help if it cannot be digested. Gut flora has a lot to do with immune functions. The test also revealed that i had multiple metal poisoning.

I have much respect for the naturopaths out there.

Raw food and mostly staying away from carbs, is good for me. I am curious how your keto is going @gypsynirvana. i have been trying and honey is the hardest to give up or slow down on.
I will try the whole lemon puree.
I make a traditional salted lemon in a jar, which i then slice and pour honey over.
the best when not feeling good or just as a snack. when sick, the tastebuds change and the sour doesnt bother..

Now I have reached the weight I feel most comfortable at - 200-207lbs - due to still being so active daily - gym/swim and walking - I have had to up my carb intake and eat a breakfast on two days of the week - or I would start losing muscle mass - 5 days a week I still do intermittent fasting - and only eat from 2pm-8pm - and dont religiously keep to only keto foods - but mostly do - most of the time - (Dirty Keto Diet) -

- oh - and I now take 2 days a week off training - and might just go for a walk on those days - and not go to the gym -

It's nice to be fit and able once again - confident in my own strength and mobility - just one year ago I felt awful - so it's a big change -

If you are doing keto diet, watch your cholesterol. Mine skyrocketed to over 300 and didn’t want to come back down even after stopping keto diet.

Dandelion wine can help with CO2 in the grow room and not bad to drink when done! I haven’t made it in some years.

You guys talking so much about dandelion wine that I now want a recipe to follow, if possible! Never made it or heard about it ever.
