I can comment only your pic, thanks for link. I dont see any pic of 82 day MM there, but hard to compare pics from outdoors and indoors anyway. even if it used to develop buds so early - very strange for pure sativa, yours is still crossed with another thai. I cant react on some bullshit in that thread as it would start trolls here...

anyway it says:

Kangativa's MM grows to 20 feet with no hermies

OMS only grew occasionally to 12 feet with little vertical stretch, but massive lateral branching.

OMS has a shorter flowering period than Kangativa's MM.

so it seems kangativa mm is different to what you call oms, so your cross is oms/thai ???

Old mother sativa is not MM it is said to be one of the parent lines used to breed mullum many decades ago.

Then you have many claiming to have Old mother sativa same say its a old Colombian and others claim its a old Thai.

So in short there is lots of opinions but little fact.

This is a phino of kanga MM i mostly saw these types and one plant i would call a more Thai like from the seed i ran so far..

This is what the MM x Thai is meant to look like.

What no one here has pointed out is how OJD has some of these lines also sent to him by Nevil and they dont hermaphrodite a KEY POINT that is being over looked.

Other growers were sent seed of set lines and again no hermaphrodites to report i am sure the thinkers reading this are smart enough to peace it together.

Im assuming what ojd received was an f1 ,
and these other ones are f2s ,
likely the reason for some issues , this can happen when there has been no selection ,
and more likely in f2s than f1 ...

if oms was colombian , it would account for the lateral growth rather than vertical growth thais are more renowned for ...

Trying to give an idea of the lateral branching. She reaches out more than up....

for some reason I dont see it. but I think I get it. so OMS is parent of MM, and you think spitz that it is OMS pheno. okay. it is probable that in f2s something like that can occur. indeed!

Nh21 x mm f2 clones took root, now a little extra nitrogen and revegetate. 24 hour light I usually use Florescent bulbs on small cuttings that I reveg. Works 90+ percent of the time, especially tropical varieties I can pull out of the END flower and get them to revegetate.

So I know I haven’t smoked the nh21 x mm f2 yet but.. I am thinking they are going to be something
I’m going to really enjoy. Have just a little bit of food yesterday, will see if she can coast to the end on that amount.
This whole day is overcast sigh... give me the SUN! Yes

I haven't seen anything that looks like that, that hasn't been good looks like a real nice high coming your way.

Hey, @Sub240x7, that plant looks great! I believe you are the first tester of OJD's "enhanced Nevil's haze" crosses to get to the finish line, so I'll be anxiously awaiting your smoke reports. My little babies are kicking ass and the Outback Haze crosses in particular are as vigorous as the Vietnamese landrace plants they are being grown next to. Here's to sunshine and the powerful haze it can bring!

I also really like your cloning technique...I may give it a try this run and flower my 2-week-old seed plants in a couple weeks rather than take cuts, wait for the cuts to root, and flower the cuts, like I usually do.

Oss x mm f2 bushweed
love the smell, minty dank ness. It has started to grow bananas sigh. I am picking them off, not too many yet. But it’s not good I don’t like plants that grow bananas half to 3/4 the way through.
I have another pheno out that is not growing bananas that is the same age and smells good too, just doesn’t have this structure which I like. Will post a photo later.

Seems like it is always the pheno with the best structure that throws the balls doesn't it?
Man, the plants I have culled over that :-(
Maybe it might be worth giving it a shot from clone like we see with some of the "elite" wide leaf poly-hybrids people run these days? Sometimes the clone doesn't suffer the same problem as the seed mother (although it could just be that people improve their environment in the second run?)
Nice work in here Sub.

Took two cuttings that have rooted and I’m going to revegetate and try again, it smells like something that stood out years ago(ABOVE ALL ELSE) that I didn’t even know what it was. It’s unique enough to stand out. I have to try and give it another go.
Yes I have had plants in the past that had soo much right but then grew bananas... sigh
Raho thanks and respect back at ya!

Nh21 x mm f2 bushweed
Sans bananas 👍👍 almost got the same smell.
As per ritual lol I took 2 cuttings and they are revegetating good now. Will do a run probably this winter from cuttings to get some stock(jars full) of these varieties and pass them out to friends to get some feedback.

WOW its amazing how the really good sativas all have that same quality in the buds large calyx and lots of resin they look potent.

Yes! These two nh21 x mm f2 from bushweed have had the largest calyxes and been the most resinous of
Haze hybrids I have grown this season. Also they smell so strong like it’s what I smell from the other side of the house it whacks me when I walk outside.
all the rest of the haze hybrids I grew this season were not anywhere as strong smelling. They all smell great when dry and you break up the bud it fills the air but more subtle. These smell like they are going to
dry to a louder smell.

I’m excited to see once cut and dry how it smells.
it’s already loud smelling funk! Funky menthol fresh tobacco with a definite loud sweet poo finish right now fresh. It’s decidedly delicious smelling(just wish it didn’t grow bananas but it does and they are fertile.
here is the second pheno today(sans banana pheno). Hopefully they get more incense smell after dry/cure, it’s maybe in there but it’s mostly the above mentioned smells.
