for one thing I never mentioned murder
what I posted was "cop died in the riot too"
which I stand behind though it's reasonable to point out he died a day later
but take into account ALL of what the Washington medical examiner said

Diaz told the Washington Post that there was no evidence that Sicknick had an allergic reaction to chemicals or was otherwise injured, but stated that "all that transpired played a role in his condition."

strokes can be triggered from stress/trauma
I believe most reasonable people understand that if not for the riot the officer would probably be alive today

This is evidence of a corrupt medical examiner (the only kind of medical examiner I'd expect to find in DC). Medical examiners determine the physical cause of death and it is never their job to speculate on the emotions of a person before a stroke. If it were, every stroke survivor would sue their employer. Also, just because someone causes you stress, does not make them responsible for your stress.

Given the suicides of other police within days of the incident, and the video we've seen of police officers waving people in and opening doors and gates, and also, the politicization of Jan 6th by the fascists (Deep State). I would think it is much more likely that he and the 'suicide victims' were operatives who were taken out (witnesses murdered = witnesses, no more). This, further evidenced by the politicization of their deaths in the second impeachment of D Trump.

Now they can't be asked questions about why they waved people in and who's orders were they following.

Idk, I think it’s fair enough to say that the totality of ones life contributes to ones death...
(especially in regards to a progressively worsening condition like arterial blockage)

that’s really all that statement is saying (besides that sicknick had no injuries of any kind)
it’s a somewhat slick way to appease those who are looking to place blame without really saying anything at all.
“all that transpired played a roll in his condition” ALL that transpired without a clarification as to what the All is specifically would also include All of officer sicknicks life experience...
he doesn’t say anything specific about about the riot... but includes it among the 15,000 days he spent alive.
so what?

"the unarmed protester ashley Babbitt", like she's a martyr or something. Don't want to get shot in the throat? Don't break into the White House with a mob.

I usually would make fun of you but this is a fair point.... (don’t want to get shot in the throat don’t break the law)

I think that’s actually word for word what officer Darren Wilson said to Michael brown in Ferguson, MO. a few years back, right before he shot him in the throat.

Ashley Babbitt was in fact an unarmed protestor (and at some point became an unarmed rioter)
my point was that a 200 lb man didn’t have to make a kill shot his first interaction with her... a push.. a headlock all would probably sufficed.

and FYI nobody broke into the White House... they broke into the capitol building... it’s a different place and isn’t a residence at all, it’s just a government building..

Prior to traveling from California to DC, Ashley Babbitt expressed her intention of “storming the Capital Building” to stop Congress from performing their constitutional obligations in regards to counting the electoral college votes. This makes her an insurrectionist/seditionist, not a protester.

The protesters were outside the building, protesting.
The seditionists came inside the building to engage in sedition.

I believe the upcoming trials will make this distinction abundantly clear.

- someone told me that this unarmed Ashley Babbit woman was white - and was shot and killed by a black cop - does that make it a 'racist murder?' - since the George Floyd murder - by a white cop - was often attributed to racism - throughout the main media - (and BLM) - although during the murdering cop Chauvin's trial - racism was never an issue - and was never brought up/proven -

From the video the cop appeared white, plainclothes crouched down in front of hiding members of congress.

Have you got a link to that Microbeman? - because I'd like to tell someone that they were wrong about it -

I did post it in one of these threads to refute something Mo said quite a while back. I'll look. As stated, I'm not 100% on the race of the cop.

Well why didn’t you say so. My apologies I didn’t grasp the basis of ur argument from the sarcastic comment about Diet Coke.. Iam a bit slow.

structuring ur criminal acts and criminal organization to avoid prosecution and diffuse blame is a tale as old as time...
the mob bosses do it.. the cops do it.. politicians do it...
And ya I’m sure trump does it as well (he would be negligent not to)...
do I think this separates him from the rest of the crony corporatist fascists warmongers that have been in power for a looong time ... no I think in this area Trump acts just like his political brethren.

I just wish y’all would go after him for something he deserves to be hung for like (genocide in Yemen) and not the grifting that has been his entire Career.

Well it is not me or any of us here or most others who discuss such things on the internet, that makes the choices of what to go after him for, it is those who have the authority and power to do so and usually those choices are theirs alone and not dictated by the masses. As for deserving, pursuing criminals isn't a matter of whether or not the crime is deserving enough, rather it is simply whether or not a crime has been committed and if the person prosecuting has sufficient evidence to go after someone. Also the matter of how old the type of crime is or how many and varied are those who commit similar crimes are, the fact that mob bosses do it, dirty cops do it or corrupt politicians do it is certainly nothing anyone should be proud of, rather it should serve as motivation to be better than those groups and not do it. I do agree though that if you are going to make it a habit of engaging in criminal behavior it would indeed be negligent to try to do your best to not get convicted for it.

As for my sarcasm I apologize if it made things so difficult for you to grasp, I would have thought that since I placed it after the more pertinent points it would have made things less difficult for you rather then more.

I'm still looking but there is this one which is from a totally different angle from what I viewed previously and seems to tell a different story. I still cannot tell if the shooter is white or black but appears to be wearing a suit.

I'll toss my 2 cents in here just to say I do recall the pics microbeman just put up
and to mention the whack job that got shot put herself in a situation where due process wasn't going to happen
a crazed mob is breaking in, people are likely to get shot
the biggest surprise is how little blood was shed

- well yes - it must been quite a scene - and very stressful for those that were guarding the Capitol building - from my understanding in the USA - if someone is breaking into your house - you do have the right to shoot them no? - over here in the UK not so - and we have had one or two situations when a burglar was killed robbing a home by the home owner - and the home owner ends up in jail -
