so ur argument is that trump doesn’t have the means to flee the country.. because he bought too much Diet Coke.
good day sir

If Trump flees to a country, will the US apply economic sanctions to stop the flow of Diet Coke ? and Pepsi.

What would Trump do if his Diet Coke was cut off and he couldn't get any Diet Pepsi.

Good time to be sitting on a HUGE stash of Tab, I guess.

How do you know that little personal detail ?

Well, considering there was a bidet in the hotel room, and DJT having a bidet on his personal TRUMP plane, my guess is he likes bidets! ;o)

Former President Donald Trump and his onetime personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani on Thursday asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit accusing them of conspiring to incite the deadly invasion of the U.S. Capitol. SSure, sure..... let Justice review.

Buahahahahahahaha...I am definitely getting a stiffy

Manhattan DA could pursue racketeering charge in Trump Org probe, experts say

"New York’s enterprise corruption statute — which carries the potential for severe penalties — can be applied to money-making businesses alleged to have repeatedly engaged in criminal activity as a way to boost their bottom line.

“I’m sure they’re thinking about that,” veteran Manhattan defense attorney Robert Anello said. “No self-respecting state white-collar prosecutor would forgo considering the enterprise corruption charge.”
The state law — sometimes called “little RICO” — can be invoked with proof of as few as three crimes involving a business or other enterprise and can carry a prison term of up to 25 years, along with a mandatory minimum of one to three years.

“It’s a very serious crime,” said Michael Shapiro, a defense attorney who used to prosecute corruption cases in New York. “Certainly, there are plenty of things an organization or business could do to run afoul of enterprise corruption, if they’re all done with the purpose of enhancing the revenue of the enterprise illegally. … It’s an umbrella everything else fits under.”

Sounds very promising.

If Trump gets indicted, will Melania leave him ?

Boy that would be a 1-2 punch.

Would they let him have Diet Coke in prison ?

I tried those search terms --

A few months ago, i remember reading that one of the NY DA/AG offices were bringing in RICO experts.
Seems like they got something big going on.
I also read that they probably won’t indict until 2022/23.
They’re probably setting up one of those really, really big stacks of dominoes.

An invasion of the us capitol... now that’s a new one I haven’t heard..
doesn’t an invasion require foreign forces?
this was us citizens...and the only one it was deadly for was the unarmed protester ashley Babbitt who was shot in the throat by a cop....

forgetting your history so quick?
cop died in the riot too, maybe you're not an objective voice for the truth

Actually if you check, they have revised the stories.. Wapo and nyt revised their stories after the medical examiner completed the autopsy and found zero sign of blunt force trauma.... or any Injury at all related to an assault.

officer sicknicks family has stated they believe he died of an unrelated stroke the next day,

Do a quick google search If you don’t believe me, search: officer sicknick autopsy results

I can understand your confusion the media was quick to vigorously report erroneous Information, but they quietly revised their stories.
also, I’ve made no claim to being the purveyor of objective truth.. I’m just a guy... somewhat brain damaged who tries to wade thru the mass of lies in the media (in my spare time)... I have no truth serum or magical ability to discern what is true and what isn’t...

But do tell me more about forgotten history

with due respect to his family, they are unlikely to have the expertise to give an informed opinion
here's what I would consider a more informed and objective summary

On April 19, 2021, the office of the chief medical examiner of the District of Columbia, Francisco J. Diaz, concluded that the manner of death was natural, arising from "acute brainstem and cerebellar infarcts due to acute basilar artery thrombosis" (two strokes at the base of the brain stem caused by an artery clot). Diaz told the Washington Post that there was no evidence that Sicknick had an allergic reaction to chemicals or was otherwise injured, but stated that "all that transpired played a role in his condition."

The medical examiner's determination makes any potential murder charges unlikely. Because stress and traumatic events can lead to a stroke, some neurologists and other experts questioned the medical examiner's classification of the manner of death as natural; for example, Dr. Cyril Wecht, a forensic pathologist, said that Sicknick's manner of death should have been classified as accidental, a homicide, or "undetermined".

After the ruling, the Capitol Police issued a statement saying that the ruling "does not change the fact Officer Brian Sicknick died in the line of duty, courageously defending Congress and the Capitol."

Ok man,
Cling to the lie if you must... the medical examiner who did the autopsy and examined his corpse noted zero sign of injury and assigned his cause of death as natural (from a stroke the following day.)..
this other forensic pathologist/media consultant/ defense attorney (Cyril wecht) in the article you posted never saw the body and holds no authority in the jurisdiction... so idk how much his opinion means to me ..if you look that guy wecht gives opinions on every major death in the msm media...some would even accurately call the (90 year old) man a paid media shill..

I think if the government had any chance to prove murder or even manslaughter they would do so......yet no charges.

I think we can all admit that suffering a stroke the following day from an event is a far cry from beaten to death with a fire extinguisher...
but to each their own I suppose... go on and keep claiming murder, (just like with covid lockdowns) your proven wrong by the science but don’t let that stop ya.

Ya as she climbed through a broken window into a room with lawmakers.

the horror of an unarmed 120lb woman climbing headfirst thru a window.
deadly force must have been the only option... I mean a slight push would have probably sufficed but why take the chance when you can shoot a women in the throat

for one thing I never mentioned murder
what I posted was "cop died in the riot too"
which I stand behind though it's reasonable to point out he died a day later
but take into account ALL of what the Washington medical examiner said

Diaz told the Washington Post that there was no evidence that Sicknick had an allergic reaction to chemicals or was otherwise injured, but stated that "all that transpired played a role in his condition."

strokes can be triggered from stress/trauma
I believe most reasonable people understand that if not for the riot the officer would probably be alive today

good day sir

No that isn't my argument at all but I'm not surprised you would only focus on one sarcastic remark rather then try to debate the more salient points I made, by doing that it frees you from actually putting any effort into thinking.

My actual point was that with all the experience Trump has gained in avoiding punishment for his misdeeds it is far more likely someone else will end up taking the fall. I day that because Trump has gotten quite good at covering his tracks and leaving just enough room to claim he didn't know should any prosecutor get close to convicting him. A good illustration of this was the relatively recent Mueller Investigation where Mueller did find about a dozen instances of obstruction and/or collusion but could not find sufficient evidence to convict Trump. He did however find enough to convict people such as Michael Flynn, Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and Roger Stone, among others. So like I said Trump is good at escaping accountability and allowing others to take the fall in his place.

They'll likely still be able to deliver a painful blow by going after his company which will further hurt his already dwindling income but unless some currently unknown solid evidence is uncovered Trump will like remain a free if even poorer man.

Well why didn’t you say so. My apologies I didn’t grasp the basis of ur argument from the sarcastic comment about Diet Coke.. Iam a bit slow.

structuring ur criminal acts and criminal organization to avoid prosecution and diffuse blame is a tale as old as time...
the mob bosses do it.. the cops do it.. politicians do it...
And ya I’m sure trump does it as well (he would be negligent not to)...
do I think this separates him from the rest of the crony corporatist fascists warmongers that have been in power for a looong time ... no I think in this area Trump acts just like his political brethren.

I just wish y’all would go after him for something he deserves to be hung for like (genocide in Yemen) and not the grifting that has been his entire Career.

Perhaps he would be alive still, perhaps not...
“died in the riot” seems a strange way to describe a man being in good health and suffering from no physical trauma after the riot but dying the following day from a stroke. (I would suggest “possibly died as a result of the stress of the riot” would be more accurate)

but Ill concede it’s within the realm of possibility he would be alive today if not for the riot... if you’ll concede it’s possible he may have still died of a stroke on Jan 7th had he called into work the day of the riot.
