May I know why you ask? Would like to benefit from the discussion too

Haze males, are like the females. Very slow to sex.
But they drop pollen quickly, once they flower.

Well males normally sex before the females but as haze is a hybrid that can very but i was more interested to see times of sex for males people have seen and are seeing.

Dose inbreeding Haze speed up the time it takes the plants to sex.

Is there a difference in the time plants sex in the Dutchman Ohaze compared to others like say Haze 19 from posi.

Working with Haze from seed what is the fastest you have seen a male show sex ?.

Ive seen some males show in 4-8 weeks....ive seen males continue to keep throwing pollen on an on for over 22 weeks before the plant will even think of craping out....iv seen seedlings from the time the cotledons fully extend to have resin stalks fully extending out all up an down the main stem and later reveal as male..

Hi Dark with 50% Haze hybrids like MH or SSH sex starts to show at week 4 and up.

With say Nevil's Haze F1s they all start to sex from say week 7 and up i think i had one at week 5.

Mango Haze F2s showed no difference in the time they take to sex to the F1 parents.

The NH F2s have come in a little faster first 2 males showed sex in 4 weeks and a few days but i look using a magnifying glass .

Here is one of the Nevil's Haze F2 males his first to sex just over 4 weeks he has a strong smell of sour Mango sticky and oily when you tough the steam started narrow leaf but matured a little more broad leaf than i expected still has the haze frame.

If your looking at it as a breeding perspective.. personally from what your saying...I would say your mango haze may be your most valuable breeding line....but then I would look at what parents youve selected and mated with your other lines....but if ther consistently performing generation to generation as you say no mater what parent phentypes are used andI the others are speeding up I would then definitely concentrate more so on the mango.

with the lines coming from sam eg Dutchmans and seedsman wen inbred futher they normally still perform consitantly in sexing and flowering times....I wouldn't compare them to other lines eg posi/thh to dutchmans as they are different....but thh haze from toms time till now has been reproduced many many times and if you compare those generations it still tends to perform consitantly in showing sex and finishing...same with seedsmans ...generation to generation it performs quite consistently....I suppose that could be changed if you started selecting for faster flowering, rounder thicker buds and less leaf then it could be pushed in another direction....but once a direction as such is embedded generations into a line its hard to get out and will continue on...cuz more and more plants in that direction would keep showing up in every generation...

From seed MH Haze even SSH still flower 16 weeks and up my MH longest were more 18 to 20 but faster from clones .

If you look at Nevil's NH36 and the male you see a resemblance i do any way and the NH36 is a F1.

The female has shown 1 single pistil i spotted using a magnifying glass she wont start to fully sex for at lest 2 more weeks.

I have a different long flowering sat next to the NH and there about to sex also.

I went from 18/6 to 11/13 light cycle were i use to use 12/12.

Ive have noticed when f2'ing the nevils it usually starts going 12-16 weeks in most plants....to get it long flowering ive seen it done but using the extreme f1's...ive seen it with a male that would just keep throwing pollen..you could shake all the sacks off and it would just keep regenerating... and a female that wouldn't finish..and the next generation threw quite afew long flowering phenotypes.

How many f2's did you fire up hempy..? I think you'll get a better picture as you go into bloom of what you got.

All my NH F1s were all long flowering large plants the seed were made by Nevil in 97 these F2 seed are about 18 or more years old now and why i need to make fresh seed. The selection for the F2 seed parents were from at lest 30 F1 parents and i selected what i thought was the best i used 1 female and i used 2 males.

The F2 all started off narrow leaf seedlings i dont want any pollen yet as i need to isolate the males smoke test to pick the strongest with the right high and have him there while i run the fems and in time smoke test them to pick the strongest but more importantly the one with the type of affect i want to then make seed with.

I have more F2s to work with .

These are some of the NH F1 i ran they were all like jungle sats.

How many f2's did you fire up hempy..? I think you'll get a better picture as you go into bloom of what you got.

I started with a good number but i had to use the coconut water method to help with germination % i managed to get around i think 35% strike rate. I then lost some seedlings to extreme heat as we were having a heat wave after culling the weak ones i was left with what i have now all very vigorous plants.

The other male has narrower leaf much taller but no strong smell to him.

The plants i love are the vine frame haze and the fem is just that they all have purple at the steam were the branch node is so i expect the purple to become more spread as they mature it would not surprise me to see it all threw the steam.This is one of the things i look for.

I am planing to why its important to find the right NH male i am going to follow what Nevil told me and what he suggested people do in posts he made in what he felt the direction Haze needed to go.

I think you might be mistaking Animal Kingdom for something else. It's an Aussie movie about a crime family. Nothing abour cannabis, Amsterdam, or Nevil.

I am an Aussie i know what the movie Animal Kingdom is about and if you honestly think the cannana industry and Amsterdam is not in bed with such people then the popes not catholic.
