How do they certify those seeds are from eu?

What is csc?I found my plants at the woods. Birds can fly from afghanistan to germany without problems and we have dutch neigbours.
It is allowed to buy seeds online from other EU-Countrys so i see no problem for homegrowing at april 1st.

But don't get your hopes up.
As with almost all things in this new decriminalization law here in Germany:
Nothing easy, nice or liberal is allowed with the new CSC.
A few examples
No smoking weed on or near the clubs
No advertising (none whatsoever)
Most things related to growing the weed is made very difficult
One has to officially register with ones IDCard number (like social security number). What happens with that data if this law gets rolled back Sep 25 (new elections in Germany)...
But then again, let's be grateful small blessings
So the clubs are purely there as a supply element?
Shame that smoking in the club will be banned. I bet lots will end up bending the rules a bit!

Much of this decriminalization law is formulated vague or sometimes even contradictory.
Which means many details will have to be decided by courts, precedents...
