Everyonedoesit.com was really good about the whole thing. I got a similarly priced replacement. They didn't bitch and moan, and I certainly won't give them shit about it.
They contacted roor about repair, and it wasn't possible, they then offered me a replacement and I chose what I wanted.
So while not a nice situation it was resolved to my satisfaction. They will get my repeat business too.
