WHO here has the biggest buds grown under CLF/floro lights?

yah I know there was some other threads about this but I wanted to do another one about the plants ur growing now.

I am for sure its not me atm. but I do hope mine grow big and dense by harvest time this time.
I just hope I can get an ounce or close to it from each plant.
plant to far left is in coco the other 2 r in soil.

some of my first ones were decent size but i was limited by height of my cab.
11 to 13 inches long im guessing... the plate i use to trim them on is 13inches across.

Thai Lights a month into flowering under CFL. But this isnt the main cola, I did LST and this one of the smaller buds. For me this is pretty good under CFL, I am moving up to better lighting for the next grow. I am still getting my wings and I didnt want to plop down the investment to start out. This is my 3rd grow under CFLs.

wow Lisdesik ,,thats some nice results...any idea how much total watts are on your light panel?...#1 cheesebuds...the guys thread you might wanna check out is Dr.Budgreengenes...i think thats his name...does some really impressive runs with cfl...i guess strain type prob makes a big difference...

The light is very versatile, I refer to flowering room temp as to what wattage and spectrum I run since there is about a 70 degree swing in outside temps between winter and summer here. For this reason I choose not to use an HPS

12 x 26W blues (veg) = 312W, 20,400 Lumens

6 x 26W blues and 6 x 42w reds (summer flowering) = 408W, 26,400 Lumens

12 x 42W red (Winter flowering) = 504W, 32,400 Lumens

I use a 200W Red CFL for flower, 4x20W for veg.

Typical bud size with 500ml water bottle for scale:

But my setup is very basic. Sure more experienced growers can get much bigger colas under CFL than me.

and by big they don't half to be long colas they can be big by being dense buds also. like these.

these r gunna be some dense buds by harvest. at least Im hopen so.

and hopen these will too.

Here are some links to some of Dr Bud's stuff. (i think anyway never tried to post a link before) His methods seems to be independent of strian. He says its all about tuning length of veg time of to acheive full height but no more for each strain. others seem to be able to get similar results. i'm giving it a shot....6500lum/ft 2.7ft...just gettin started.

I've finally gotten things down with this set up so I can run the following;
> 6 1gal containers that have the plants pruned into bushes
or
> 2-3 1gal containners LST'd.
or
> 18 double gulp cups (@ 32oz) for a sog set up.
It depends on what strain I have, as well as indica, sativa, or a hybrid, etc. to detemine how I set it up.
Right now I have mandala #1 and seedsman sugarhaze running and they are being done LST.
