And I hate to know your pain with the root aphids but I've gone through it before and know how much of a huge pest they are. Imidacloprid is the ingredient in Merit that killed them.

Best of luck with these, you are due for some. Lovely and impressive plants my friend. I'll be tagging along to see how this turns out.

Well whats going on below affects everything up top and I know bad ass roots = fantastic yield. So, If the roots and smell are anything like the buds these will be some nice smoke indeed. They smell great. Hell I could have bad luck with all the females and still be happy as hell with this gem:

Branching is beautiful and the smell is sick. I will definitely be investing in many packs for a project after I figure out which fems I like.

I am knocking up my HB x SFV mom from you and my equally fantastic SFV x Chemdog from Rez with this hulk. We will see what happens.

P.S.

the HB x SFV is flowering this round as well so we will see some serious CoCo power from her. High expectations here since soil was so damn beautiful.

Hey Tonatiuh and Uknown, it actually took this to takem out. I read many times merit was all you needed but I used it at twice the recommended dose 3 times spread many days apart and while they disappeared the first few days there was always 15-20 I would flying around while watering which is better than couple hundred, but not good enough.

Azamax @ 20 ML a gallon

Merit 75 @ 1/2 TSP per gallon

Pyrethrin Spray Concentrate at recommended dose. Any of the pyrethrin concentrates are good. Measurements vary according to brand. Monterey's take down will work too its .5 pyrethrin which is much more than anything offered at any local stores. USE IT AS A SOIL DRENCH (for aphids)!

Pyrethrum foggers twice 5-7 days apart.

I did this twice a couple of days apart and I have seen 0 root aphids for several days now.

Originally I was using only merit 75. I would have liked to believe that all the reports I read saying it was all you needed were true but this was not the case. Use all 4 on these SOB's. I bet a lot of people out there who get mag deficiency every time no matter what actually have root aphids and not a deficiency. It is a sure sign as well as brown splotches.

That is one dense root system, Look at the size of his plants compared to the rootball.

Yea, that was from the male and 7 days before the other pictures were taken...wow right? I am lovin some vigorous og males to go through...The awesome thing about crossin it out to the white and combining the other OGK's is the reintroduction of vigor to the OGK's... I was worried he may run into breeding depression down the road with the OG's cuz of the relations, but it is lookin stellar.

Lookin great we will have pictures soon. Nice bud sites too, definitely more than I am used too for OGK's :D So if osme are bigger like karma says we should pull some dope yields off some of these. Branches are much more hardy as well. Good bits of frost starting to show on most phenos its day 21 flowering. My favorite girl is the girl I titled 3. She will be some dank.

2 Had alot of stretch 2 1/2-3x's and the other two are noticeably the white dominant. Go check out lucids thread and look at the whites structure then look my two shorter phenos almost spot on. I really think the white is the the white kc as well now, need to grow the real cut sometime.

This one is the slowest flowering one waiting for it to kick in gear decent amount of frost on the small bud sites that there and it is a bit spindly in growth, but I want to see her 2 weeks from now before I cast judgment.
