Sun's finally out here, after days of clouds and off-and-on-again rain.
Grilling ribeye steaks today, and Alaska Copper River wild-caught red/sockeye salmon tomorrow, with soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, fresh grated ginger and pressed garlic cloves in a slurry, brushed liberally over the cross-hatched meat side, skin-side down in foil in the oven... Mmm, where dinner turns into dessert..
