Coming to 'Salmonfest' this year in Ninilchik, Alaska, if it's in the same place. I believe it used to be titled as 'Salmonstock', but perhaps someone changed the name of the festival, or I missed it and remembered incorrectly.

Maybe someone realized that if one boils salmon long enough to make a stock, they've essentially ruined the fish?

In either case, the first tune is appropriate for the forums... or for Alaska... or for Salmonfest or....
