So what medications would you prescribe if you were his physician ?
I would make him exercise, though I'm not sure how you do that if he's the commander in chief.
I might also ask him to take performance tests, like the SAT that high school kids take to get into college.
To help evaluate the medications he's taking. Help him figure out the medications that maximize his cognitive skills without interfering with his sleep.
Looking at his body, the stress he's under, his age, etc. I think we may see an actual transfer of power to Pence, for medical reasons.
Some of his actions & behavior, like his wierd air-kiss with Melania - I've never seen a man act like that around a beautiful woman who was also his wife. Or is she on edge ?
Trump is a unique guy. I don't know him well enough to know what part of his behavior is just his own unique high-functioning-autistic spoiled rich kid Gestalt, and what part of it reflects a guy truly struggling with his aging process.

The international barrel of political entertainment garnered from most everything he does seems to exceed the importance of what he is actually doing - if he can get whatever it is passed into law and funded - which is an entertainment in itself.
Most of the planet looks at Trump as the embodiment of what the USA is all about - since he is their elected official - and that's what seems to hurt at least half of USA citizens - since they say they don't 'identify' with it all.
The same sort of stuff goes on with Macron in France, Merkel in Germany or May in the UK - there will always be opposition to the ruling cabal where ever it has its representative puppets - because some people see thru the smoke and mirrors, sometimes - although nothing short of a bloody rebellion will really change anything much - then we all lose anyway - damned if you do - and damn yourself if you don't - it gnaws at your psyche - but I ain't no one man army <thoughts of John Rambo> lol

Honestly we Americans couldnt care much less what Europe and the rest of the world thinks about us. Its an old line but were it not for the US most if not all of Europe would have fallen to the Nazi's and then Russia. Now it looks like Europe is well on its way to being butt banged by allah since the left is so determined to bend over and let them to show how "inclusive" and tolerant they are. What the hell happened to the spines of these great countries who helped build the modern world?

Trump is a leader. That is a trait NONE of you detractors have. Trump has given his yearly salary back. He has brought North Korea to it's knees. He is rapidly stiffening up our space defenses. That is where the next threat to the world is coming from He is fighting for our borders to be firm and safe. I do not understand the Democrats that are trying to give our country away. The impeachment word was out in abundance yesterday. Indictment is a popular notion as well. I find it ironic and funny that we had to bring in the ladies in to fix the mess. Nancy Pelosi could possibly be the first female president if Pence had a hand in it. Everyone else did.
