Here's my babies. Rene a Chocolate Standard Poodle 28 in at the shoulder 90 lbs. Standard Poodles are nothing like the little poodles. He is very athletic, and all alpha male. Poodles were the first water retreviers and bird dog. Poodle is thought to be from the German pudel for puddle dogs.
Pearle my avatar is a Blue Great Dane she's 33 in at the shoulder wheigh 140 or so. Dane are also called the Deutche dogg they are a German Mastiff. Danes are a giant breed thought to have decended from Tibetian Mastiffs known as the Moroso mastiffs. She watches everything when she is out side but lays on the sofa in the house.
