Of course the cheaper the better. I'm thinking iso but I heard oxyclean the other day.
So, what do you use?

I use isopropyl alcohol and rock salt, always have (ever since I heard about the method on OG 8yrs ago). Costs less than a buck per cleaning. I've even heard of someone here using white vinegar in place of alcohol on icmag.
91% iso and salt once a day. If there are any hard water stains or something similar a soak in simple green.
Thanks Funk. We can get 99% iso at the supermarket here so I do use that.91% Isoprophyl alcohol.

Yeah, I'm trying to stay away from those name brand(pricey) cleaners.grunge off, i let it soak overnight. Im looking for something diff. Doesn't break the gunk down like I want.
I assume I could find that.Acetone mostly. My glass does not get very dirty... If you have some real dirty glass Acetone with salt will work very good..
I really like the brown rice addition.Methylated spirits/isopropyl alcohol and brown rice. Just shake them together until clean.
Trying to be cheap. Thanks though. +Formula 420 works pretty well.
Thanks for chiming in.Have used simple green and it works well. Most often though it is iso and salt. Peace GS
That's twice for the simple green.91% iso and salt once a day. If there are any hard water stains or something similar a soak in simple green.
1. Baking Soda - More the Better
2. Remove rubber seals etc.
3. Soak glass in baking soda & boiling water solution for about 5mins until the resin breaks down. Any longer and it will begin to cool and stick again.
4. Rinse with hot water and repeat if necessary.
