So my country bumpkin friend says he talked to his lawyers this week and they said Michigan will be a recreational state on December 15.
Dispensaries would be state owned and supplied.
I could be a state grower for a 10K fee but the state would pay a sliding scale of what that strain was worth that day, according to a mandatory database.
my friend may be abckwards in alot of things but 8/10 they are usually right.
