Water chillers

Got a question for ya's, Do any of you Aussie indoor m8's use a water chiller to control res temps, you know the ones we see in a lot of threads around here, I see alot of US growers use 'em, especially in DWC grows.
If ya do use one, cupla Q's.
1. Are they available here in OZ
2. How much are they worth
3. Where are they available from here in OZ.
4. Do you need to use it all year round.
