anyone have any suggestions on where I can order Karma seeds in Europe with credit card?

Out of interest , what age should the seeds be at , that is for sale in grow shops ? I bought a few packs the other day , and it says Oct. 2014 . If the germ. rate is poor , can I complain ?

Good breeders would replenish, no questions asked. Cannot say the same for commercial seed banks...some do, some ignore you. All you can do is politely tell them seeds didn't hatch.
