umm Im still very new to all this what do u mean by that kinda lost me thereThe only downside is there's a significant difference in yield verses when the plants are giving 5-7 days to adjust to bloom lighting... while still in veg.

It's his opinion that plants grow bigger when you move them to the bloom room if you leave them on the veg light schedule for one week so they can adjust to the light.
I guess technically they are right in that your plants will grow bigger, but they would grow bigger anywhere you let them veg for one more week
I use t5's for veg and a 1k for flower.
On the rare occasion the plants don't get tall enough during the veg time I have let them veg for a week in the bloom room and have not noticed a difference in yield over plants that did not get the extra veg as long as they were the same overall size when starting to bloom.
He's saying that you'll get the best yield, if in the last week of veg your plants are under the same lighting they'll have in flower.
Having the right light is key but having a dialed environment can make the world of a difference no matter what light you use. food for thought
