They couldn't BE normal people, they have something to prove to everyone for being the fuckin' wierdo at school nobody could stand to hang out with. They're mad at the world for being so incompetent and miniscule in normal society. I would love my Son if he were gay, I would love my Son even if he fucked up everything he ever did......but if my Son ever became a cop, he wouldn't have a Mother. I don't care how cold that sounds. I'm sure I would never encounter that situation, but that's how I would be. That's how I feel about cops.

The states are totally screwed. They send troops to other countries without fixing the problems here. Spending money on war rather then then putting money into schools and health care, which would resolve a lot of tension and turmoil. Our military should be defense only. There is another thread here about this, and someone posted a link to a news article. In the article, the lawer for the family says that the show "the first 48" was taping this when it happened and they have the officer on tape firing into the house blindly from outside after the flash grenade (which shouldn't be used at all much less with children in the house) was thrown in, the lawyer states that the video is clear in showing that the struggle with the granda and the gun magically going off, was a fabrication. This officer should be tried for murder, and the rest as accesories. This shit makes me sick, and right after the other raid where they shot the family dogs in front of a child(what are they doing firing a gun unnessessarily around children, if i did that i would go to prison) all for an mj pipe, and based the raid on an informant testimony only, no real evidence. Why the military style SWAT teams to apprehend non violent criminals, this is getting out of hand.

Oh, I own lots of guns, they don't just go off, period. That is why you are supposed to keep your finger OFF the trigger untill you have engaged your target, and are ready to fire. You would think SWAT would know gun safety better than me "a stoner". I don't believe in accidental shootings. A friend of mine pointed a gun that was missing the firing pin at his step dad's room, while he was sleeping and said "bang". This was after I told him not to point it at me. His step dad never woke up, had a stroke in his sleep, in his room. The door was locked and no one knew till 10:00am the next morning. When he got the official report, I saw the kid start shaking and turned 5 shades grey. Time of death matched... no pin, no bullet, but a stroke instead.

I didn't read the other post, but what would possess a pig to shoot blindly into a house after throwing a flash bang in?
Why the flash bang in the first place?
What happened to smoke bombs?
What happened to them using the Remington 870 with sandbags or rubber rounds?
Why did they persist when they knew kids were in the house?
what happened to using force as a last result?

I can't believe that those fucking shows, "the first 48", "DEA", "women cops of marincopa (sp??) county" exist. its disgusting filming peoples lives like that criminal or not and broadcasting it for the whole world to see. showing dead bodies in trunks and shit. always young black guys too. it makes me wonder what kind of scum inhabit the boardrooms of major media stations.

on the topic of this 7 year old's death--- the thing will get dragged through court and whats the point really? some cop might lose his job and at worst do a couple years, and that is a long shot. likely they will all get off and blame the situation (grandma pushing them, confusion of situation, whatever). until some real vigilante shit takes place nothing will change. its gonna be some time and take some serious shit before cops (and government, and military, any authoritarian force) start fearing and respecting their civilian populations again.

Yeah, but the officers said that the grandma got physical and the gun went off, according to the families attorney this video clearly shows that this did not happen, that the cop fired into the house from outside before making contact with anyone inside. How could they not prosecute? If these cops arent prosecuted It wouldn't surprise me to see rioting.

He just wouldn't get the full extent of the law like us citizens. He will get a few years, if that and you won't hear about it again on the news as usual. Most reporters just feed us what the cops say anyway. They fear the law although we are suppose to have free speech.

You hit the nail on the head. I did a dime back in the 80's in Maryland. My last 3 years were spent on Admin. Seg because I was an escape risk after taking a little vacation when I was taken to the hospital in Baltimore. There was an ex cop who got convicted of some shit on our tier and he always got escorted by at least 1/2 dozen of the Goon Squad when he came outta his cell for shower or yard time and they always made sure the tier's/halls were cleared before they proceeded with him. They knew he was a walking deadman if they didn't.

I've had to deal with a lot of these jerks in DC since the National Police week thing has been happening this year. Although they do get nervous on the subway at rush hour....hehe. esp. when you have a carload of homeboys from Anacostia staring them down.
