Or will the cover act like a greenhouse and help them

Para . Only if the covers clear & raised a bit off the ground all around . You`ll get the light & ventilation but no increase in temps .

Had this big girl running at me today while taking the cover off an old g-house

late finish early

late finish early

Hi all , still cutting out bud daily but it has slowed up just a little bit . Next lot of rain will just set the rot in too much , at the moment iv`e had a few good days , dry , light breeze & the odd day of good sunshine which looks to be here until thurs pm . So thurs aft quite a few will be cut . Got to get the AK hanging :) i`m nipping out bud & the resins that sticky that i carried a 1/2lb bag with my fingertips  everytime i went to pull it off the bag stuck to my other hand .
Drying room with all be set with drying wires . It`s partialy sealed & once the branches are hung & the dehumidifier & fan switched on the door sealed . I have run this same system b4 & found with the size of my dehumid that 24hr will have just pulled out that moisture needed for rot to continue then the fan carries on for a few week more to perfect bud :jump:
I`m going to leave just a few plants out of ones showing a fair bit of good bud & very little rot .

Does she still has the time?

Does she still has the time?

Hi there guys!:tiphat:
I hope that goes well in all british patches and may the mold&bud rot stay away rom us&our babz:dance013:
By now most of my outdoor plants are finished. Didn´t had great results but couldn´t honestly expect any better with the amount of knowledge and effort that i´ve put onto it:)
Anyway the question is, is this beauty going according to plan?
With this i mean, do you guys think that she still got the time to finish budding up?
I´m based in East Anglia and those pics were taken 5 days ago.
Is there any nute that could accelerate the flowering process reducing the bud rot&mold risks?
I´ve read about Rippen but then again i´ve read that PK 13-14 is similar to it and i dont realy like the PK effects on my grows...:moon:
Any input is much apreciated.
By the way she´s a little Norfooking Goods runt that i´ve left on her own for 6weeks while i fucked off to Portugal.
She didnt missed me a thing and turned into this beast:jump:

She`s looking nice Paulo , i have a real nice late 4ft 6in sativa AKautoHaze F2 thats very late & she`s showing no attack by rot yet . I`ll give her as long as i can outdoor b4 the g-house . I`ve had a good week of weather sunny/breezy/cloudy but no rain & the bud-rot was slackening off then it pisses down with rain tonight :moon:
The only stuff i have heard of to help stop rot is called BudRotStop but i hav`nt a clue as to where to get it or how effective it is . Apart from lower light levels the temp will reduce resin production .
Been steadily cutting the plants this week for the drying room & got nearly half done & hung , be a few more this weekend if they dry out then the best plants standing will be left a little longer with a very beady eye on them  coz i`ll make sure i get the most out of them .

alright guys
we chopped last night-it was a bit of a dissapointment. The quality of the bud was not as good as last year-that's across all the strains. Last year i was on site alot-every week-feeding them-spraying-fiddling about whereas this year i moved about 30miles from the site-and got there only once-a few weeks ago-to pull out the males that i'd missed. Sooo much pollen came off them that my partner in crime, aka Capt.Sofa, said that it was like being in a sand storm in the Sahara. The air was yellow for a while. And now i have some seeds to donate for next years ukers...about 60,000.

On a more positive note there were some lovely delicate smells comming off of the Dannish sats-a sweet smell similar to bubblegum. And the Erdpurt went blood red-looked v striking. Look foward to trying some of it in the vape-and will try to get a few pics of some budz
well done to the guys who got some results-there are some great looking budz in this thread

Paulo-try the Ripen, or Shooting Powder (H&G), i've used both on indoor and outdoor plants at the end and it helps. It is a PK boost but there are other things in it that force the plant to flower.good luck with it

cheers

doesnt ripen make it taste like crap though, also what are the other products?

when is Erdpurt ready?

Congradulations to everyone who harvested this year, I'm not UK but Ireland, similar enoug weather. Well I've only recently started growin again after an year long break. When i bought my indoor seeds I got a free cole train feminised seed. Threw it in the green house just for laughs. Wasnt expecting much at all. Grew about 3 foot tall and about 3 foot wide. Now, I diddn think that shed finish on time so brought her inside and under 18 hours light, this thing is gonna be big! Planning on puttin her outside next year after i take clones. Will put 30 or 40 of them out also. Anyway just addin some input. I dont post much around here but am always lurking. Would love to grab some of esbens seeds next season and see what all the fuss is about. Great grows guy and Hopefully I'll be joining you next year!

Maybe i will give it a go.
Would it change the taste&quality of the crop?
Sorry to be a pain... ;)

the biddy sis x lebcheese clones turned out a nice surprise this year... excellent resin, hard to describe the smell like a pungent floral, catpissy, musky, piney & synthetic lime cordial aroma unique to me and strong. Hardly any mold, like -1%! surounded by plants covered in rot too.... Hardy plants, but branchy brittle limbs (biddysis trait?) buds stacked all over, a good staking a must.... a friend was more than happy with his lebcheese seeds, my other plot with over 10 lebcheese got ripped. I think theres some sweet gems to be found in this cross, compliments to the chef :tiphat:

im waiting for amber and its like waiting for paint to dry :\ im fed up with the finishing times and them moulding up. either autos or greenhouse for me next year. maybe both and i can have bug free weed too =]

did somebody here do auto ak47 outdoors this year ? or what other potent indica auto can i get hold of? requirement is they reach 2ft and then flower with a finishing height of 3-5ft.

found an excellent idea for water harvesting on another forum (thanks ribs :))
will be using a few of these next year, maybe use a pit and pond liner instead of barrel.
