The state, I reside in, encourages rainwater harvesting. Rainwater harvesting equipment is tax free. There are rebates available from the state for rainwater harvesting systems. Some properties with rainwater harvesting systems are even exempt from property taxes.

solar panels taxed now in spain? The fuck.
In Israel solar panels are tax free and any excess produced goes into the main and you get paid twice per kw than what you pay the electric company. Also 95% of the hot water in all households is heated with a special solar heating panel and tank.
Here in the US, conserving energy sounds really good. Start conserving and taking that dollar out the power companies pocket and it's just another concept they'll try hard to do away with. NV Energy destroyed the solar panel installation industry here because of that very reason.
I don't know what the MSM is but police all over the world are of the establishment. They will do whatever that establishment wants, by enforcing the establishments laws, however necessary. Without them ther'd be chaos but some times with them there's chaos. Sometime enforcing laws that they like and not enforcing law they don't like. Cops aren't the same in every country ..in the US, alot of you're police seems to be closer to banana-rebulics than Northern Europe. Lot of Rambos and super-cops out there living in a "tv show"-reality.

IMO, there should be a law for protesters that are from other locations out side the state it occurs in, caught looting, destroying property or inciting a riot, should be prosecuted more $everely.. its a form of terrorism. OTOH, some laws protect them..

Franklin Delano Roosevelt actually made pot illegal, ya know what his personal reasons were? So he and Mr Du Pont and others could bypass Henry Ford's well publicized promise, to build a nation of cars, constructed from hemp products. (They'd learned how to infuse wood with early hydrocarbon plastics etc, other fibers too, an create these super strong laminate type & similar products, out of natural fibers and wood, just like you see lots of laminate wood built in form of plywood and beams; Lam beams, and plywood, are both similar families of the type concepts Ford was saying clearly could be used with hemp.
But Roosevelt was embarrassed about the 'backward state of our farming communities' and what he meant there was not any real regulation of the people. Because they were so, self sufficient with widely available commodity products, food, and new modern plastics creeping in around the edges, making what everybody had, better.
