This outdoor soil mix:

A friend grows (indoors) in straight triple-mix. consisting of
Black Earh (humus,) Sphagnum peat moss, composted manure, sand, limestone, and slow-release fertilizer.

I bought some for outside, it's nice but I think it feels a little light, to my way of thinking. I could simply add a good black earth to firm it up. What do you think of the ingredient mix, above?
