had me worried too, but the doc gave me meds and a week later, it started to dry out and peel off...3 weeks and back to normal, except for the occasional, never mind.Lol i could live with green and woddy but the floret tip would make me worried

Video recorded by Peter West shows a street in Kilbride, a neighborhood in St John’s, where the road crumbled after days of heavy rain. The pavement can be seen shattered to pieces, with water rushing underneath.
West told Storyful: “Hurricane Earl brought a little over 200 mm of rain and high winds to our area of Newfoundland, which caused a water main to break a couple of blocks from our street.”
