I have said somewhere else that maybe they get 3 or 4 AC-130s up circling the fence around the criminals in DC. Have the NG lock the gates, and withdraw. The AC-130s get any trying to escape over the fence. Then drop a MOAB on the place. That would get them in the tunnels also, and they have their tunnels.
