Complete LIE. Medical rights are unchanged by Prop 19, which is carefully constructed to only affect PERSONAL, not MEDICAL, use of cannabis. Your indoor medical garden is unaffected by Prop 19.

Prop. 19 got defeated. Time to hit the drawing board again. Its going to be to be a tough sell. The feds or the pharmaceutical companies don't want to see the herb be freed.

On the flip side California did decriminalize setting a precedent for the other 48 states that havent done so yet.
