The Illest Rap Thread Ever

S

Space Ghost

it's a line from atmosphere's "trying to find a balance" off seven's travels - it was in good jest, i thought people in the "illest rap thread" would recognize.

And thanks for calling me a fag because of my avatar, real mature, it's meant to be weird and disturbing perhaps, not homo-erotic, but i like it so it stays for now

Never praying at night
Cause the heavens don't want me
Sold my fuckin' soul so I can live through eternity
Killin' at night and watching victims in the daylight
A demon on the rise, and I'm snatchin' your fuckin' life
Been shot with a twelve gauge
I died and made front page
The devil sent me back and now I'm using the same gauge
Killin' like a maniac, livin' like a lunatic
Some would say the strate is sick
The devil's who you're fuckin' with

krazie bone when he was like 15 or 16

"Ay yo, we boys in the hood
Big bad wolves in the hood
It ain't all good, pass the goods
Deep in the project halls waitin' to shine
Walk with a nine and chill with gang signs
In the hood, niggas put twenty on Hoopties
Four heads, one 40 OZ and a Lucy
And keep dough on the flip
A hoe on the strip
And roll dick throw on the flip
Weed clouds thick enough they could block the sun
Cops come, but thugs never drop the gun
Understood
Far from ya Hollywood
From day one, I vowed I would keep in in the hood
Project chicks with hits and slim waists
For five dollar plates apartment Six-Eights
O.G, I spit G to the young ones
I keep it in the hood thats where I come from"

I've been listening to Hip-Hop since the start of the 90's as a kid from the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Naughty By Nature, Onyx and N.W.A.
I preferred the sound of the West Coast and was really feeling the Death Row camp and 2Pac before he got shot.
Can't forget about Wu-Tang (who performed here in London this week) who changed the Hip-Hop scene into some real grimey, soul shit!

Anyways, here's some lyrics from an underground (up & coming) rapper from London who I know from a friend. He's got some Youtube videos (one with him and G-Dep... lol) and the lyrics are from one of the videos.

I also try to make beats from time to time and may send some to him for his mixtapes or whatever.

"I was always one to say the weather matches mood,
and on a grey Tuesday,
it feels like my brain needs a deep soothing.
So I burn a Dutch, scud missile,
murder cognac from the dirties glass,
it seems fitting for occasions of a sad and sorry sort,
mind soaking wet from deep stress,
the bionic muscle in my cranium suppressing my heart,
creating complex battles and war on diesel,
who brought digestible food from cattle to the capital.
An L-O-N city slicking genius,
who aggied-up the mic with a freeness,
so fucking arrogant,
like man’s been talking to the lord Jesus, personally on speed dial,
like anytime I feel the Devil’s present, man’ll ding him.
Cos I’m weary on the road,
I know evil lurks,
and demons and angels are all around me like candles in the church.
I know there’s sodomite priests,
there in the diocese,
violating choir boys at Sunday school,
using god as a tool,
to carry out Lucifer’s work,
it hurts more when you think about what the bible’s there for.
There’s no molesting in the pages that I’ve read,
but Revelations surely said, sodomites are burnt, cast into the darkness.
When man that wish to die but the devil flee man,
catch a visit from the crying freeman,
I’ll bet he’d never shed a tear, for a queer, no fear of fornication,
could empower the mind of assassins built from meditation."

This is the place where thugs is born - in the hood
Blink to long ya life is gone - in the hood
Convicts still live with they mom
And they whole family tree is tattooed on they arm - in the hood
Crack fiend'd furnish a 'Llac - in the hood
African's be drivin cabs - in the hood
In the streets the ghetto is hot
And the illest gangsters, on the block with cops - in the hood
The ones you love'll fill you with slugs - in the hood
Babies born addicted to drugs - in the hood
We make life or death decisions
And the school system is like a minimal prison
So you can't knock the hustle or the life that I'm livin
In the hood, it ain't all good, repent or you sinnin

I'm sorry to dig this thread up. But!

Just was reading this and that about Alchemist. LoL.

I met him several times in (funny enough, post above me) south FL. He had a taste for $550 OZ.s of Maliboo's Stardust 13. Which had a great yield (good for me) but not so great potency. It stunk though.

I also went to college with Pro V. Who is a small time producer (sorry mang if you read this, lol) and produced a track on Cameron's Murda Season or some shit album. He produced the opening track, which honstly is prolly the best on the CD.

Anyway. I been listening to alot of old school Dre. lately and Tha Carter III. It's aight, but the worst of the 3 Carter's IMHO.

Peace.

Maybe we can semi-revive this thread and only post shorter quotes. Or whateva. I'm stoned n drunk.

This is my penis song
I wish that i had a bigger schlong
one that was quite a bit more thick and way more long
one of those porno king-kong dongs
check it out, yo
I wish my dick was bigger, yup I can admit it
I'm above average on inches, but I want a damn double digit
If I had a big old cock, what would I do?
I'd prolly go to florida and show it to trina and screw
get buck naked and start streaking at my school
and get arrested but at least the girls would be impressed with my third leg and
then I'd go to a keg and do a keg stand, get drunk and do the running man
with no cloths on just to show off, my dick's bigger than your's when mine is cold and soft

Quote from jeezy on Brown paper bag money

"They use to call me the pyrex kid, aka young arm and hammer
In the kitchen with the pots yeah work the glass"

I know it's about him cooking up crack though first heard the line when I was making hash oil using a pyrex so it always stuck in my head.
