I don't know if I have a reference, but here in CA, you can get one thru the DMV even without a 'drivers license' being part of it. You need ID to by pot at a dispensary, so just pretend you need to buy some weed and get what you need. You can google more info if you are having a hard time. You could contact your secretary of state, I would think. If you need a birth certificate in order to obtain an ID, that can be optained at your local county records office for a small fee.

That is just not true in a lot of the country and like I said older people were often not issued birth certificates.

i am against people having to randomly show "papers" (or worse qr codes) to government employees. no matter where or how. if im not engaged in a crime you can fuck off with your i just need to check your id fascism. thats why im against the vax pass, its just another way to harass people who did nothing wrong while they are out and about.
