I got rid of mine, but it took alot of miticide, and various other concoctions, I would say the most important aspect of ridding them is too consecutively spray the plant every 2 days, repeat this 3 times using a different pesticide, this technique kills the adults, a day later the eggs hatch , u spray again, this way you destroy there natural reproduction cycle. this is the critical point. This was all carried out during the veg cycle.
