High sack. Yes i used it all through veg. It was the peruvian seabird guano. It comes in little tablets. I go with the recomendation on the bag. I start feeding the plants around 2 weeks into veg all the way into the first week of flower. How i use it is i just dissolve it in really warm water and water the plants with it. And its givin everytime i water the plants. The plants love the stuff. Also I would recomend it for your outdoor grow. Your plants will thrive.
