I won the prize at a sleep center for the most episodes per hour. 59 with duration over 30 seconds.

I should be dead already. I can't tolerate a mask so weed does the trick for me.

m314 has the correct advice for you, I too have been diagnosed with this. I am going the mouthpiece route to help. Yes on the back very bad, on the side much better. The mouthpiece may also help with my snoring. See a doc, get tested, and do something about it. You will live longer because you did. Peace and respect.
