Smoked Salmon :)

I haven't eaten this stuff in several years but lox+sesame seed bagel+cream cheese+red onion (sliced) was my favorite breakfast combination there for a while. I remember growing up on the stuff as my grandmother was with a jewish guy and he introduced me to a large variety of foods, this being one of the best. I don't even care for grilled salmon but my mouth waters at the thought of smoked salmon.

Nothing like a bagel loaded up with smoked salmon and all the fixins.

I did some salmon fishing in Alaska. Good times.

Our runs our just startin. Life has put a pause in my fishin, but maybe it's time to slap on the down riggers and fill the smoker.

The brine is what makes the magic IMHO. At least 48 hours.
