Here is to another year of hard work.

For those, who watched my thread, last year, can expect a better grow, this year. :)

Just A quick run down on how I grow in a Hot/ Dry Climate.

Water is supplied by a Natural Spring.
Gravity Feed Drip lines, with 1/2 gallon per hour, drip emitters, that flow 24/7.
Planted in Native Soil.

Nutrients....FF Grow Big,Micro Brew, Earth Juice Grow,catalyst,
Haven't decided what I'm going to use for flowering.

So, Over the winter, I did a-lot of prep work.
I made some really nice raised beds.
re-did the whole irrigation system.

I actually have had plants in ground, in mid April. (Seed Plants)
As for strains, its as follows...

Seed Plants- a GDP cross ?? 12 or so.

Cuttings... A mix of
Blue Dream
Mendo Lavender
Purple Kush
Raspberry Cough

I'll start the thread with pictures from the beginning of the grow, and over the week I'll post pics, up to date. There are quite a few pics.

Wild West.

Can't wait, i remember your grow last year i believe you ran autos mostly?

I love the sierras, heaven on earth. :)

You don't do anything to the native soil at all? No lime, compost, etc?

Thanks man. It took a few years to locate a water source that doesn't dry up by June.

Thanks For watching Stickky

love seeing guerrillas here that arent mexi nationals :tiphat: happy growing
Ya I feel ya on how they do them massive grows.

I grow enough to get me through the winter, and to pay the bills.
Also, after the grow, I pack out all the irrigation lines/trash, as far as every single cigarette butt. Want to keep the mountains in better condition when I leave. Thanks McDank805

wow, beautiful location. I wish to grow there:) Good luck!
Thanks..

Yes, the spring is something very special. I always pack out 2 gallons, just to have some refreshing, natural H2O2 at home. It tastes so much better than anything bought.
It took me a few years to find a ideal grow location, where there is substantial water source, isolated, and cant just drive to the spot.
Thanks JJ.

I love the sierras, specifically the eastern and around mammoth lakes. Heaven on earth. :)

Only autos I ran last year, was a pack of Sour60. Pretty disappointing.
Only thing I add to the soil, is well composted chicken poo, a few weeks before planting.
Thanks for checking out the grow michael68.

i like it!
Thanks krunch, I'm glad you like the grow.

How did you find it?
Is that private property?

hey JJ,
The way I came across this spot, Is I was out looking for three, well known gold mines, that one is supposedly be one of the richest mines in the county. It was said that the ol timers pulled out 180 oz in one pocket, and another 120 oz a few weeks later.
The word is, that after the two brothers (miners) took the gold to SF, to sell, they retired, and left the mines abandoned.

I am pretty sure I found two of the tunnels, and think the other was a shaft, (tunnel that goes vertical.)

The grow is located just off Private Property (BLM) bad I know.
But this isn't like this is prime forest/land.
During the summer it a dessert. Lol.

So ya I was out looking for a couple gold mines, my other hobby/part time job, and found the spring.

Take care JJ

damn, what a beautiful location. I'd be tempted to just live there by the river lol

Thanks headiez247,
Lol... the spring is not really that big, it produces id say close to 500 gallons of water a day.

The area is not really a prime area to live. It gets over 100 degrees for weeks on end during the Summer. close to a Desert.
No rain from May----end of October.

It pretty rugged, brushy, and nothing for miles around, closest town is 40 miles.
thanks for stopping by headiez247.
Peace
