Should I worry?

A friend went berserk when he saw this on one of our outdoor plants, saying it was fungi and whatnot.
I think its pretty normal, since I could've sworn that I've seen it in other plantsm but took a pic and figured that I should ask you guys.

Btw, which of these strains is the most sativa?
- Critical Mass
- Superskunk (iirc this was indica)
- White Widow

Looks like a normal stalk to me... I've seen those bumps around healthy stalks, I'd say don't worry.

I KNEW my m8 was tripping balls. I'll try to make a grow diary out of these.
This is a plant which we don't really know what strain it is (one of those three mentioned), another seed from those has very different pheno, much more indica. and we've also got 5 jorge's diamonds: 1 without topping, and the other 4 in a SCROG grow indoors

Thats a sign of the stalk getting stronger. Look at some outdoor pics and you will see the bottom of the stem gets very woody.

Id guess thats cellulose.
