i have only been training once a week for the past couple of months. slacking
the land owner at the farm is building a gym and has a boxing bag and a few bits in the barn.
i'm going to teach him how to box and train at the same time an extra 3 days a week. throw a few weights around until near burn out and then start to box afterwards is my usual method.

i'm a lover , not a fighter , but yeah i'm really into boxing . mainly western boxing, and some muay thai . i have trained with former world champions for years now .
i only spar , i don't fight for real. i'm too pretty man .
huggers, grabbers, rugby players, wrestlers get those ears man. i try knock folk out as they try to get close enough to cauliflower my ears haha.
i'm a striker. although i have a couple of kids belts in judo
calcified hands. i have to protect these. alot of pro boxers i know that are over a certain age, develop athritis to the point they can't use their hands anymore
Haha I also did the krav maga for a while, some muay thai but it was always a period here and another one there like, too easy for me to end up on the couch or catching a cold lol.
Had a real psychopath of an instructor once with the muay thai that made me decide to quit, the krav maga folks where a bit nuts as well but all in a good way.

Muay thai is some intense stuff. Id never survive that. Im 6'6. It pays to be short and fast for that sport

krus' can be absolute weapons. they learn for a week in thailand , and then treat their clients as thai orphans that are fighting for survival, and the kru wants all your attention. western boxing is more chilled and you don't have to arse lick anybody to get somehwere

in the uk , we call those types "butch"My lead krav maga instructor was a beautiful lady who moved to texas from Israel. Ex military security specialist. total bad ass. I love a woman whos rough around the edges
i like sultry women with big tits personally . just my opinion

I definitely have always liked tomboys over girly girls. My wifes a fiesty mexican woman who used to go to metal concerts and fist fight other ladies in the mosh. Shes mellowed out over the years though
