haha there is so much potential for abuse here....some crack adddict takes teh 100 dollars and runs away with it. or goes up and asks square yuppies for drugs, then quits after 5 minutes "sorry couldnt find any" but im keepin this bill. then they rip the wire off and go hit up their dealer for a rock lol...
