sanitary thermowell for measuring injection temp?

You talk about injection nuance for monitoring injection temp. You think a sanitary tee coupled with a sanitary thermowell and a suited digital thermometer would do the trick? Looks to be maybe a $300 upgrade give or take... Is this along your idea. Goood one buddy. im implementing this. Thoughts?

maybe you dont need sanitary fittings for it..... that would require a bit of working. but a tee and a thermowell of some sort id imagine...
