How is the nose on that Southwest OG? She can be mighty dank and rich... Is the last closeup budshot also the SW? Nice work overall!
Thanks guys. AG It's the cookies from Ohgee. My 1st run so can't say anything bad really. Fantastic smell, vigor, and growth. Color is coming in and buds are rock hard.
Shan - Of those 4 pictured the last 2 are the SW. Honestly she is my favorite thus far. Smell is super strong and oily. Lots of buds and branched out really good. She is also the most sensitive imo. Was kind of slow out the gates but should be looking nice towards the finish line. Honestly its looking like a camera finish trifecta. Can't wait will update towards the end.

she is one of the better smelling og's but also one of the more picky. She is one of the 'house strains' for RDC and the no longer SDDC.

there was a vendor for RDC whose intitals were SW. He just brought in his og as ogkush. They would label it different things (like any dispensary name game). But when it would first come in, and what they would typical refer to it/label it was SW og. ive heard them refer to it at SWOOGY (hard to write how they pronounce it).
eventually they started calling it southwest og. But it has been on there shelfs under Triple og, White Diamond OG, Mack-10 og, Private Reserve.
Now there is already a cut og Triple/xxx og, and a cut of Private Reserve. Both from OrGnKid. OrGnKiD is a friend of the owner of RDC, and actually where they got there diablo cut.
Anyways, yeah. So when i received the cut from my friends at RDC, they told me it was the triple/southwest etc. cut. Since triple and private reserve were legitimate cuts that were different i labeled it SouthWest.
In Veg she is always a little bit lighter/limer green than all the other og cuts i have. Almost has a bit of a wider/spade shape to each leaf blade. Can be a little more picky than the others, but then at the same time ive had her be super vigorous with cuts rooting in a week.
in 2005 a dispensary OBD had a mother plant labeled simply ogkush that was identical in veg to the southwest. Its the only ogkush cutting ive come across thats has the same traits as the one OBD had. Whereas the dozens of other og's ive ran all have a fairly similar look to them in veg. The southwest always stands out

The SoCal Diesel pheno I found out of 20+ females reeks like pure dead cheese... and then its tastes finishes with a Diesel kick when you blow it out... serious though some really cheesy shit that yields huge.. The Genetics are SoCal Seeds ... Most of my keepers I run outside of my Iranians and Clone only OG'z are his Seeds...

I've been lurking for a bit, and finally tracked down some adub. Ive neem vegging for 2 weeks now, and plan to let them go another 2 before flipping.
