rust/brown spots but green leafs pics

Is it quick release fine dolomite lime. or just good old fashioned dolomite lime?

I would say its the normal garden lime. Didnt even hear of a quick release one so just googled my countrys websites and didnt find anything like the youre talking about. Do you have any link to a store or ebay maybe where i could get it cheap, would be very grateful my m8
