ive noticed lately that a lot of my reputation points are not lit and not being ounted, is this normal... never seen this before?

i have no idea how it works bro i think ya have to get so many positive rep per square. but not sure what the different colors mean either

i only think the rep points are green if the person giving you the rep has more then you, but could be wrong.

Are we talking rep squares under an avatar or under MyIC?

Red is negative rep.
Black is for members with their rep system disabled.

how long does it take for a member to go from gray to green when they give rep?

not, when you go into the my ic tab and look at who gives you rep.... it had always shown up as green dots,, but several lately have shown up gray and not counted. was wondering why?
