Several months ago I got some deep purple-landrace lookin buds from a friend so i saved all the seeds. I've been growing out the seeds for a while now. The plants alway ends up growing dark purple frosty flowers.
Heres the one female i have now. Shes starting to show some purple down in the flowers.

This plant has struggled all the way. Ive been feeding her bloom food and cal-mag-iron food.

The purple landrace is still growing well and stating to show more purple. I hope I can get her to flower all the way to 12 weeks. By then she should have some big fat crystaly purple flowers.
The first photo is of a temporary fix to hide the ulgy wall n the back until i can paint the walls white.

This plant drinks more water than I've ever had a plant drink before. But it still seems to be pretty healthy for now. And still getting more purple every day..
If I have learned anything from the last couple of times I grew this purple landrace. It's that I didn't water with bloom food often enough to get big flowers. So this time I've been watering with Bloom/cal•mag food more often. I hope it works out in the end and I get big fat resiness purple flowers.

The purple color shows way more after a few weeks of flowering.
Unfortunately we are not seeing it, only you are. 🤪

Again, you cannot see purple with purple light shining, at least not the original purple plant color. ;) That's the same with every other color btw.

Pix. I guess I'll be harvesting this grop of lovely ladies around Christmas or new years time which hasn't happened in a long time for me. These are the best pictures I could get of the purple one, because I don't wanna use my phones camera Flash when taking pix. Trust me the purple is there. It gets more and more purple the older it gets. I've been feeding it Bloom food and botanicare cal-mag-iron.
The next feeding will be starting a lil higher dosage of bloom food.
I've never had the best of luck with this plant but I have had the purple landrace grow big frosty flowers before. This time I just gotta yield a with the whole group. I'm really hoping the purple yields alot more than it has in the past.
Luckily for me I've got several more seeds to try.
Then I have three other ladies in this lil room. Two non purple and a very frosty simi pink flowers.

Update. The room seems to be moving right along. And as I always say knock on wood. As long as all of these plants stay good and healthy until New Years I should be able to get able to get a great harvest from them.

Let the color commance. Dec.17 will be 12 weeks of 12.12 for the purple. I dont know when to harvest but ill check the trich to try to get 50/50% cloudy/amber. Despite having some whitefly problems. Those yellow sticky bug traps worked well for that. So now the grow room needs to be cleabed and repainted after my current four are finished flowering.

Hi cheesbud, I don't understand why no one can help you in this forum. I am not an expert but with the photos I see that these plants have excess nutrients from the beginning, I don't know why without having data but at first glance that light that you have is a shame and I think that if you want to produce something decent you should Put a minimum of decent lighting. without light, you can add the product you want in the quantities you want, it will never eat

This PURPLE plant is 1,000000000% the real deal PURPLE landrace. I do have my plants growing under red and regular LED lights, but when the purple one is put under regular colored led house light this plant has purple flowers wheather you guys believe it or not.
I don't have to prove to nobody that I don't use colored filters on any of my pictures whatsoever. The pictures in my last post we're taken outside of the grow room so that the real color of the flowers could be seen. Maybe yall need to take off your purple goggles because then you'd see the true color of this plant with purple flowers.
And I didn't join to this site back in 2009 to end up being called a liar or a filter user which i am NOT either one. with my posts what you see is what you get.

You will all get to see this plant and the other 3 under (natural regular coored LED house lights) when I harvest it in a few weeks. I sarted the flushing process for the purple one today.
And also sure I know I could use better led lights But I have what I have and I have to work with that.

And at least this way I won't have to buy more black market cannabis by home growing.

Rant over!

I don't know if what I told you has offended you but it was not my intention, on the contrary, I think it is a very beautiful plant with a lot of potential, I don't think you use filters or try to deceive or something like that. What I wanted to tell you is that you should try to get better lights and if you can't, feed the plant with the dose it requires with respect to the light you have. you have little light, the plant eats less
