They have Wallmart Green Dot cards you gotta call up and give name addrress and such just use a friends or a cousins info you can put as much as you want its like a bank account. They also have the Green Dot you can use on E bay to or any where they take paypal just add money at register and type in code after purchase

I live in a non med/decrim/legal state, and I can only load 500 on the green dot....but, in a med/decrim state, I can load 1000....guess wallyworld is clued in to where the money is at!!!!!

do you have the one you have to register and have mailed to you or just a one time purchase?

first it was the 1 time purchase but it sucks when you got an odd amount left thats hard to spend, now i just use it registered
