Pot City USA - Arcata Documentary

says it's from 2009.
I just finished watching the 2nd one. It was kind of biased, they tried to make it seem like every rental in Arcata gets turned into a commercial grow, and they show one house that was rented and ruined by moisture and water and try to say it's like that everywhere and the poor poor owners of the properties are victims. IDK. I think there's like 5 videos.
It talks about people getting robbed in their houses and shootings and stuff.
A couple shots of the parks in Arcata were kind of depressing, seemed like a lot of sketchy people.
I'm looking to move to norcal, maybe Eureka, but if it's like Arcata idk. Anyone actually live in Arcata?

Eureka is pretty much the same as Arcata. They are right next to eachother.

I was in Arcata in 1990 and many more times until 2006, same old same place, with begging students just like before .... if you have a vision of heaven Arcata sure isn't one

If you move up there with no real plan you'll end up at Eureka with the other homeless people ..... lots of unemployment up there and life ain't cheap

i had looked at some rental sites for Arcata, just for the hell of it
rents seem pretty affordable by cali standards, though employment prospects didn't look good
idk, maybe a place for retired that likes growing in some safety(?)
